Die palynologische Untersuchung der Moorablagerung von Famechon hat ermöglicht, die Vegetationsgeschichte vom Ende der Weichseleiszeit bis Subatlantikum zu rekonstruieren. Die Spätglazialzeit ist vollständig : zum ersten Mai wird die Bølling - Dryas II - Allerød Aufeinanderfolge in Picardie entdeckt. Subboreal und ein großer Teil des Atlantikums fehlen. Die Seltenheit von Fagus und die Abwesenheit von Carpinus sind merkwurdig. Allerød und Subatlantikum werden von 14C datiert. Wegen der statistischen Ungenauigkeit wird Dryas II nicht von 14C widergelegt.
L'étude palynologique du colmatage tourbeux de Famechon a permis de reconstituer l'évolution de la végétation de la fin du
Weichselien au Subatlantique. La succession Bölling - Dryas II - Alleröd y est observée pour la première fois en Picardie. Deux datations 14C encadrent l'Alleröd et le Subatlantique, tandis qu'une troisième n'infirme pas l'âge Dryas II, compte tenu de l'imprécision statistique.
The palynological study of Famechon's peat layers allowed us to reconstitute vegetation's evolution from Weichselian's end till Subatlantic period. Lateglacial is entirely represented : it is the first time a Bolling - Older Dryas - Allerod sequence has been discovered in Picardie. The rarity of Fagus and the absence of Carpinus have to be noticed. Two 14C dates give us Aller0d and Subatlantic ages. Older Dryas age is not invalidated by a third date, taking into account statistical imprecision.

Abstract

The palynological study of Famechon's peat layers allowed us to reconstitute vegetation's evolution from Weichselian's end till

Subatlantic period. Lateglacial is entirely represented : it is the first time a Bolling - Older Dryas - Allerod sequence has been

discovered in Picardie. The rarity of Fagus and the absence of Carpinus have to be noticed. Two 14C dates give us Aller0d and
