He praised the efforts of ¡he ERASMUS Advisory Committee (some of whose members are seen with the Pope in the photograph) which had chosen this occasion to meet at the University and expressed his 'satisfaction at these Community initiatives which led to the considerable development of higher learning... and pushed forward the process of (european) integration which has been the wish «\ of all for so long'.
