Sample Book Insights:
#1 We all have a pivotal moment in our younger years that shapes our adult patterns. In these moments, we seem to have a tendency to abandon our true selves in the pursuit of fitting in.
#2 We spend our time worrying about what others think of us, instead of focusing on what’s wrong with us and how to fix it. But as long as we are focusing on what’s wrong with the outside world, we don’t give ourselves a chance to go within and honor our true self.
#3 The experiences you go through may seem challenging because they are directing you to a new path, one that is more aligned with your highest good. From a spiritual perspective, planet Earth is one of the most difficult schools in the Universe, as the main lessons we receive are learned through contrast.
#4 We are in a giant classroom, and we are always in a learning state. We can take our power back and understand that we are never the victims to the pains of our life, but creators of the world we choose to see.

Insights from Chapter 1

#1

We all have a pivotal moment in our younger years that shapes our adult patterns. In these moments, we seem to have a tendency to abandon our true selves in the pursuit of fitting in.

#2

We spend our time worrying about what others think of us, instead of focusing on what’s wrong with us and how to fix it. But as long as we are focusing on what’s wrong with the outside world, we don’t give ourselves a chance to go within and honor our true self.

#3

The experiences you go through may seem challenging because they are directing you to a new path, one that is more aligned with your highest good. From a spiritual perspective, planet Earth is one of the most difficult schools in the Universe, as the main lessons we receive are learned through contrast.

#4

We are in a giant classroom, and we are always in a learning state. We can take our power back and understand that we are never the victims to the pains of our life, but creators of the world we choose to see.

#5

The Earth school is a school of contrast, which means we learn through the contrast. We learn through the Law of Polarity, which states that everything in life has an opposite: good and evil, love and fear, pain and peace.

#6

We must be willing to explore all aspects of life in order to truly know ourselves and grow. We learn lessons in fear, grief, depression, powerlessness, insecurity, unworthiness, jealousy, anger, blame, worry, frustration, greed, power, anxiety, hope, acceptance, and so much more.

#7

You can let go of the idea of a there to get to, and instead focus on the here and now by identifying what lesson you’re currently learning. What class are you in. And are you learning through the lens of lack or love, fear or faith.

#8

The goal is to accept all your assignments with open arms and an open heart. When you do, you see that your life has so much purpose and you are here for a reason.

#9

The more you can detach from the drama happening outside of you, the easier it is to go inward and focus on your own healing. Be aware of your thoughts and intentions. Stop focusing on what is going on out in the world, and instead focus on your inner world and choose peaceful thoughts.

#10

When you are overwhelmed by the world and what is happening in it, focus on your inner world. The Law of Consciousness states that our outer world is a reflection of our inner world. So if we see chaos, fear, and uneasiness out in the world, we have an opportunity to look within and recognize the uneasiness within ourselves.

#11

When you are aligned in integrity with your intuition, you will see things clearly. You may break free from things that used to pull at your attention or try to manipulate you. Begin to question things you used to accept as normal, such as your routines, habits, and limiting thoughts.

#12

By committing to a life of learning, you allow your soul to grow and you proudly show up for all the life assignments you encounter. Instead of trying to get to a destination and bypass all the learning, you relax more into the journey.
Insights from Chapter 2

#1

As you complete the lessons your soul needs to learn, you will grow into the next-level you. Every next level of your life will demand a refreshed version of you, and the next lesson will guide you through the process to align with this optimal aspect of yourself.

#2

When we commit to a life of personal growth, we are always given more opportunities to do our inner work. This deep healing is often one of the most challenging things we experience, but it reaps tremendous rewards.

#3

When we want to know more about ourselves, we must allow ourselves to feel our emotions. If we try to work or distract ourselves from our emotions, we will never arrive at a place of support, solution, and action.

#4

We all have periods of our life that feel dark and depressing, but within those periods can be moments of hope, happiness, and release. If we feel good and are riding high on the joy bubble of life, unexpected anxiety, fear, and frustration can creep in.

#5

We are not taught how to express ourselves through emotions, but this is built into our DNA and human function. We are told to hide our feelings, using statements such as Suck it up, Big girls don’t cry, or Don’t be such a baby.
