About the author
Stephen Wilson was born in London; he is happily married to his wife and soulmate Maria. Stephen has two children from his previous marriage.
From an early age Stephen had a fascination with nature where he loved playing outdoors, as this brought him closer to the elements where he felt most inspired.
Whether it was a forest or the natural countryside it was here that he spent most of his time daydreaming and exploring new adventures.
Having left school at fifteen, he had several jobs until he found his love of painting and decorating, which became his chosen career.
He has several hobbies, such as keeping fit, meditating and martial arts, which keep him in a state of continual awareness of mind, body and spirit.
In March 1987, he discovered he had a wonderful artistic ability and painted over a thousand commissions, mainly of animals and nature; this passion has lasted over twenty years.
Being always a lover of all things artistic, he also became very interested in mysticism and read all the major religious and spiritual books.
During this time, he had some very profound life-changing and mystical experiences, which opened the doorway to poetry.
He now writes inspirational poetry of his awakening experiences and the stories of everyday life; through his poetic eyes and visions he has inspired many.
His writing has a deep spiritual meaning and he is able to give others insight through his poetry.

Foreword
We are all somehow yearning in each breath for answers to life’s most profound questions, hoping to dance with love in our dreams, asking for hope to hold our hand.

It is when we reach this horizon within us that we need the inspiration of poets, artists and healers to lift us beyond this world and show us a path which is in allegiance with our soul.
