Description

Dominic Clemow first began to write poems as a way of expressing feelings of sadness and loss after a relationship ended. His interest in poetry has grown and developed since then. He writes with feeling and passion, particularly about the pivotal moments of life, such as going on a date, marriage and break-ups - times when we are faced with choices that may transform our lives for ever. I love you more than words can say, More and more every single day, You're the one I think about before I go to sleep, And the one I'm happy with, so I'm yours to keep.

Dedication
This whole book is about love, love that is
making you smile everyday, love that is
growing even tho’ you live away, love
that is making you feel like the happiest
person alive. The poems have more meaning,
become more written and are
more clear than before because of how
this person makes you feel.
Tho’ love doesn’t always end well even if you do all
you can to make it work
You would travel the world to see them
You would love them more every day
You would die for them
You would do anything for them.
Tho’ within my mind you always remain,
in my thoughts you will always be
A piece of my heart you will always have
But this love, this love can never be.
Because of you.

Hidden Love Painful Truth
You know that I love you
And to love you this is true
Where anything you came back too
My mind still thinks of you
To hear you say, “forgive me”
And to see you start to laugh
It’s me you see we’re meant to be
And in this crazy life we’ll last
You know our life is forever
As our love is glued together
To hear me say “I’m here always”
To hear me say “I love you”
Since everything you taught me
And to everyone you know
You begin to see you’re the one for me
And to my dear love we did grow
Tho’ since you’ve gone you showed me
That love is all our might
And so I’m here alone now
Without you with me tonight.

Travels to Miss You
As the moon rests and as the sunrise
Whispering words to say our goodbyes
To treasure your wonderful delicate smile
For I won’t see you for a while
As stars will shine upon the night skies
To reflect your beauty within your eyes
With eyes that glow within the moon
Tho’ I hope to see you sometime soon
For when you look at me that way
My love grows stronger every day
And for every time I look to you
My love for you becomes more true
And your voice that echoes within my mind
To never leave good times behind
With your company, loveable, always clever
For I will miss you more than ever.

Sunsets and Sunrise
Sunshine shines upon your face
Showing your beauty without a trace
Showing your smile is always true
Showing the love within you
Stars will sparkle and spell out your name
Make me feel great and remove all the pain
Remove all the sadness that’s down deep inside
Make me feel like there’s no place to hide
Sunsets will rise every time you wake
Oceans will flow with every move you make
Flowers will bloom every time you walk by
Birds will sing every time they fly
But with all this that comes true
And all signs point to you
People like you are special in every way
And I look forward to seeing you every single day
This poem I wrote, I wrote for you
With all the great things you do
This poem I wrote makes one thing true
That all these words belong to you.
