Introduction
Row, row, row your boat, gently down the stream, merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, life is but a dream. What a dream it has truly been to realize that wishes can come true. To be in this present moment and reflect on all of the cumulative interactions and events that were necessary to not just get here, but also to have had the most wonder full manifestations of answered prayers bless my journey along the way, is simply spectacular to witness. I can only thank GOD.
This book is the latter part of my journey, this is my most vulnerable self on the page; an intimate view into the deepest spaces of my heart. My last book, Spirals of Love, was also a window into my soul and I had no idea of how it would be received. Its popularity and applause pushed me to put together the book in your hands. I must warn you, this is not all butterflies and rainbows. This text will bring you on my path, take you into the end of a love and bring you down into the depths of the dark, so be prepared. Spoiler alert, there is a most magical happy ending but, obviously, in those grim moments when I was writing the prose, the light of hope was dim. I am overjoyed this book has reached you and I hope you find value, relevance and wisdom between its pages.



Are you ready?
This book like my last was unplanned. Spirals of Love arose from the burning flames of: a love, a home, a place of safety and comfort. The writing here represents the slow demise and complete destruction of my home. I never imagined, like anyone who enters a love relationship that it would one day end, that I would ever have to leave, that I would ever have to have another first kiss. Being the relentless romantic that I am, I continued to keep a mostly one-sided hope alive until, over time, that once bright flame continued to dim until it was no longer able to sustain our union.
In retrospect, I am thankful for the experiences as it is clear that the mission of that love was to learn and to truly practice unconditional love. I was able to understand in my core what it means to live “Christ Consciousness”; to give and love without condition and find peace and blessings in the outcome. Ultimately and reluctantly, I was forced to leave the safe harbor as we all must because that is what ships are built to do. Alone and deep into myself, I traveled. And I now know for certain that the path was divinely set to prepare me for my next level LOVE.

This book is representative of the dark side of the moon, the spiraling into the depths of soul, back to self, and back to wholeness. The immense pain of love’s unraveling and loss was transmuted through prose and prayer. The bitter sweet sorrow of love’s end is that God replaced what was lost with something even better, a higher love.
The prose within this text serve as a warning, to awaken your awareness of what you are potentially getting yourself into, if you wish and decide to have real love in your life. Do you desire to really, truly, wholly LOVE? It is not easy. It is a gauntlet of vulnerability and honesty beginning with the person in the mirror. I must remind you, we are mortal beings, so even when true love is found, when true love is here to stay, divine partners will and do separate; and when we are called home, it is a most beautiful tragedy.
I wish you grace on your journey home.



Kintsugi
What is completely profound about the tribulation, anguish and sorrow that flowed the words I fashioned for this book is how that same process simultaneously rebuilt my shattered heart. As well, my understanding of love was revised, my connection to faith renewed and I was put in position to align with my beloved.
How beautiful is the dark side of love?
Out of suffering can flow so much beauty, the alchemical process is not easy, but what things of value are easy to attain? The Japanese art of kintsugi takes broken pottery and puts it back together with gold or other precious metals. What a wonderful idea, that there is beauty in the broken. My writing is just that; a way to take my broken heart, to take those broken pieces and put them on the page to be admired. I know that those feelings had the potential to crush my spirit and destroy my being. Did you know that you can die of a broken heart? My writing was my saving grace.

Feel it, embrace it, let it flow through your being

Be thankful as your heart is now open
and ready to receive the love
you deserve.







Love once again in my life prevailed, as always unexpectedly. It should be known it is never on your command, it is on God’s timeline, and always on time. I am beyond blessed to have another chance to get it right, and I believe I was given this opportunity because I was completely ready to receive the gift that was her.
My prayers, for the “right romantic partner” to be sent by “divine grace” were answered. It is beyond clear that it was not solely a “chance” meeting and the synchronicities illumine holy intervention. We too share the same full, complete, strong, eager, yet historically broken gold adorned hearts. Our divine union has made me realize those jagged damaged pieces of our hearts were required as to fit us perfectly together to solve love’s puzzle. This I know, I feel peace in her arms, I feel love in my heart and I have again found home. I pray that each of you is able to find your true love, I pray you know that you too deserve it and that you find solace and hope in these pages.
