Description

A race. A rant on a leash. The death of hope and all we look up to. A weekend at the lake. A fart joke expertly timed. A bedbug infestation. A lingering glance from a fair maiden. The concert while you sleep. A cougar with big tits. The light that guides me. The darkness that surrounds me. A reason to open my eyes and, also, close them. A reason to press my body against yours. To get drunk and think of romance. To wish you were invisible. To drink the water of life and pretend to be dead. To kneel and pray.

One
At first I saw her naked black feathers
Golden hair
Hard nipples
A ripe pear.
Shining white and blind
A girl with no faith and no name
Baptized in the name of Christ
Born in the body of Our Lord
Chariots with black and white horses
Lost warriors in rivers
Choosing life
And death
The look in her eyes
The taste on her lips
Of the deaf and defeated
Is this the best? The end?
Is this real? Will this become
A memory? Will I be ashamed?
I’m tired.
Afraid.
I’ve nowhere to run. Nowhere to go.
Bring me tears of the lamb
Return
Wish for more
A new body
Grace and Beauty!

End.
Two
She was a waste of time
Broke from jail
Raptured
I caught the end of her whip
She spoke on high
Magic
Too late for me
I will be crucified
Cremated and cast in the sea
I’m invited to stay
But, I must live
Declare victory
Dress in skins

Church bells ring
The snake sheds his skin
In the garden
A whisper in the grass

On her knees
And, out of sight
A fallen angel

Psycho-panty-celebrity-party
Animals suffer breathlessly
Begging for waterfalls
And deep lagoons

When her eyes close
There is peace!

End.
Three
I pray people close their eyes
A nest of black widows
Upside down
Millions of thousands
Sons of corruption
Morning black leather
Life is bloody horror
May you soon forget
The torture of birth
I sweat the blood moon sun rise
A down pour breaks the fever
And I can say hello
And laugh!

End.
Four
Lost children’s
Midnight slumber
Dogs listen to dreams
And the pas
