Is it too late to turn, back hands of time?
go back to a world, when we were both fine
the affection for each, more than devine
everything was ours, nothing was mine
Is it too late, to maintain our dream?
still keep hope alive, in a world so mean
could we reconnect, again be a team
I think there’s a chance, at least it seems
Is it too late, to rekindle the flame?
for me to be there, when you call my name
no more pointing fingers, no one to blame
though things are different, they could be the same
Is it too late, to pick up and restart?
like in the beginning, would that be too hard
it won’t be if we, commit to our part
two people in love, that love from the heart



A New Day
Today’s a new day, today we will share
a new day to love, a new day to care
there’s so much to do, many places to go
there’s things we can learn, and even explore
We can look at the clouds, or waves in the ocean
not all beauty’s still, some beauty’s in motion
so take some time out, to do what you like
for its a new day, so enjoy your life



Absence
Abstinence engaged, can’t make love to you
at times my frustrations, can not be subdued
mere fascinations, gradually enhance
my mind, delighted, embracing a glance
My heart instigates my thoughts, I must comply
passion’s within me, your the reason why
patience a virtue, so I hesitate
wanted you so long, no more can I wait
Adored you from the start, your who I miss
your presence, vacant, hope, I won’t dismiss
this journey alone, no doubt a maze
memories of you, I cherish and save
Mystery intrigues me, so I quench my thirst
melancholy feelings, loosing you is worst
what I feel for you, no way to surpress
correlate our love again, all I request



All I Need
All that I need, is one girl to love
just one girl to kiss, to hold and to hug
it took me a while, but now I see
that it’s you (her name), you’re all I need
I’ve changed so much, and it’s all for the good
I’d prove to you now, if only I could
there comes a time, when game play’s over

Alone & Strong
As I sit alone, away from the world
away from my kids, away from my girl
I think of the things, I should’ve changed
the life I could have, and all I would gain
Being all alone, I try hard not to cry
knowing what I lost, in the blink of an eye
what once was secure, has now left my grasp
who I had for so long, has left so fast
Was this meant to happen, was it the plan?
I want to but can’t, I don’t understand
why do things happen, the way they do
some things I’m prepared, but this is so new
What was a nightmare, has now become real
the pain and the hurt, how long will I feel?
I’ll try to hold out, not sure how much longer
what doesn’t kill me, will make me stronger



Aunt
I won’t take much time, but this I must say
you truely are special, in so many ways
a spiritual fighter, a woman so true
Best aunt in the world, no doubt it is you
Thanx’ for your support, and all that you’ve done
from blessings you’ve sent me, to prayers still to come
from where I am now, to where I came from
you’ve never aborted, since all has begun
So good a person, I’m ever so grateful
you’re one of Gods’ children, He’ll never forsake you
???



Beautiful World
The world is so beautiful, it is I must say
the star sprinkled nights, and warm summer days
the birds, the trees, the fish and sky
the air that we breath, as time passes by
The world is so beautiful, though sometimes we’re sad
sometimes we’re just happy, for good times we’ve had
so enjoy it all, believe me it’s worth it
though we may not be, but the world’s made perfect



Believe
Times could be better, they could be worse
change surely will come, if you put God first
like we’re in a daze, or stuck in a trance
you have to believe, and give Him a chance
You must have faith, and don’t forget patience
life’s not a race, so don’t be so anxious
He said if you ask, then you will receive
you can’t give up hope, you have to believe



Best Things
I know that it’s hard since I’ve been gone
the time passes slow so it may seem long
we can start over or continue our slate
but, the best things come to those who wait
Relationships, friends and love go together
those things make us stronger so we’ll last forever
believe in these words and we’ll be ok
’cuz the best things will come to those who wait
Sometimes it is hard for us to be faithful
whatever you do I never will hate you
since love conquers all I know we’ll be safe
still the best things will come to those who wait
You may feel abandoned, alone or frustrated
and since I’m not there things are complicated
I know it’s a struggle just pulling the weight
yet the best things will come to those who wait
We’ve come all this way and I’m glad we made it
the praises I give you are so underated
