Prologue
The legendary spiked carrot lay there in the cold, hard ground. Two people cloaked in grey and black hid in the shadows.
“We have to leave it here and bury it,” the first person who seemed to be the leader said.
“I understand, but what if he finds it or the magic orb. What about the Books of Everything? It is better to keep the carrot, orb, and Books of Everything with us. It will be safer,” the second person said.
“You have a good point, but our forces have weakened very much. He has already used much of our elixir. He has made the elixir medallion. We must destroy it. We will put the flamingo enchantment spell on the orb and Books of Everything,” the first person said.
“Okay, let us leave now, before somebody sees us,” the second person said.
The first person, who had spoken, then knelt down, and put his hand over the carrot and murmured a few words to the carrot. Then they both hurriedly went away, in the ghastly dark night, but little did they know that somebody was watching from the bushes.
