ADOBO KANG KONG
4 servings Source:Okra Greats
1cupvinegar, cider 4 cloves garlic, crushed 1tablespoonblack pepper 1teaspoonrock salt
1kgkang kong, (approximately)
1
1 medium onion, chopped 3tablespoonssoy sauce, to taste
1cuppork, chopped 1cupwater
Wash and drain kang kong tops (use okra or string beans as substitutes).
Saute garlic, pepper, onion and pork until brown.
Add water and simmer until meat is tender.
Add kang kong and soy.
Add vinegar when kang kong is cooked.
