MATERIALS & INSTRUCTIONS
*BLACK AND WHITE side*
1) ¾ yard of cotton fabric, mine has musical notes and I purchased it from JoannFabrics
2) ½ yard of red cotton to be used for the common waistband and ties
3) 2.50 yards of 2 inch lace trim for common hem
4) 1 yard of 2.5 inch lace trim for waistband section
5) Scraps of red felt or one piece 3 inches
