This book is dedicated to those who taught me much during my professional career, and brought me opportunities to expand and grow, both personally and professionally.
I was fortunate to have served in some highly valued organisations with leading practitioners, many of whom showed an unwavering commitment to the organisations they served. Each and every one of them taught me much.
I have also lived in and experienced various sophisticated societies that helped me to witness how leaders all over the world have responded to events and crises.
I honour all our leaders, past and present, for having the fortitude to carry the responsibilities that leadership entails. As is often said, it can be lonely at the top. Although, does it need to be? And is there really a top?
I also honour my five children who gave me great motivation to be the best I could be throughout my changing career. Their support was and continues to be amazing.
I was never a perfect leader, but I strived to improve continuously in every experience. I loved creating transformation through the powers of love and truth, and accordingly this was my leadership passion. It’s a passion that continues to burn bright inside me, and I doubt it will ever be dimmed or extinguished.
This book is written to assist our future leaders to expand their awareness beyond that experienced by the generations of leaders before them. I dedicate it to these ‘new-age’ leaders, regardless of their walks of life, for being prepared to step forward for the benefit of all who choose to follow. Our latent possibilities will grow from the foundations these brave men and women establish. Evolution is our natural state, and the principles of evolution apply to leadership as much as any other aspect of life. Like a lighthouse on a dark night, these evolving leaders will shine a light on what is possible as our future unfolds, and as we encounter ongoing change.
Evolution involves a gradual yet constant series of transformations. This is how nature works. And we are very much a part of nature.
Our future depends heavily on how our leaders will cope with and lead us through the ongoing disruptions we are sure to experience in the future. Great possibilities will arise once we learn to create through unity not separation, collaboration not competition, and the powers of love and truth.

INTRODUCTION
The Pathway to Infinite Possibility Awaits
I have written this book to help create a better future for all of us. It has been inspired by my own journey of transformation, my experiences in the business world and my personal life. It embodies what I understand about the potential that awaits us, if we are prepared to consider new ways of leading collectives to help them expand and transform.
After reading this book, I hope you will appreciate the possibilities its ideas present to our thinking as a society, as well to you as an individual. It’s time for leadership to evolve and reshape our world! And we all get to lead in some way, even if it’s just to lead our own lives.
Our world is in a constant state of flux and how we handle inevitable change is of critical importance. I therefore hope to offer a blueprint of leadership significantly different to what is exhibited in most current walks of life. That doesn’t mean some leaders aren’t already aligned with the concepts I espouse; it just means they are in the minority.
Regardless of your own level of alignment with my views, in order to fully consider the impact that leadership has on our lives, and to consider how it can be enhanced, you will need to keep an open mind, and develop a willingness to step forward with others to engage in new paradigms of leadership. Love and truth, not fear and manipulation, are the natural forces we need in great abundance.
However, our society is highly conditioned to accept many ‘normal’ or well-worn practices that are based on fear and expectation. Our conditioned minds lead us to specific forms of behaviour as a collective, which will of course meet our expectations because we are accustomed to them – but are they what we truly want?
We need to look deeply behind the behaviours and actions we exhibit as leaders, and examine them critically, for behind every action could be a conscious or subconscious belief that we have been conditioned to hold true. Until these beliefs are identified and acknowledged, it doesn’t matter how many laws or rules we create to mandate behaviours or values in our collectives, the current paradigms will persist.
From my experience, little is really understood or discussed of the beliefs that drive organisational or societal behaviours. Under pressure, it is often said that we revert to type – in other words, our beliefs lead us in a certain way when ‘the heat is on’. Is it any wonder then that our normal behavioural standards take precedence in an emergency? Yet this is when leaders need to be at their most open-minded, dynamic and aware.
The world today is full of many growing societies, communities and organisations, each becoming increasingly complex. Even families in many cultures are witnessing growing complexities. The likelihood of disruption is thus more and more likely. We need to face this, not hide from it. Disruption is best faced through inclusion, not exclusion, for we need each other to thrive, not just survive. At its very core, we are one big family, alive together.
So, let me take you on a journey into new possibilities, and a new way of creating through unity, love, and truth.
