The site does not investigate or confirm the accuracy of submissions but readers assume it is a fact. Ripoff Report states that it does not allow authors to remove their own reports, even in cases where a mistake has been made. How ridiculous it is!
So if anyone anonymously post a lie, there is no redress!
Naturally, the bigger a business is, the more complaints it gets. Sites like RipOff Reports ruins honest businesses.
