This book is designed to help you raise your vibration. It is my second book my first is titled The Three Temples. I have tried as best as possible to make it universal so anyone at any level can appreciate it and learn something from it. It can help with weight loss, addictions, rehabilitation and at the same time also help enlighten you. All though I was very spiritual in the beginning I eventually had to overcome these challenges myself. It teaches contentment, I say state of mind is everything and I call contentment the ultimate cure. This is the 5th edition and I have added 10 interesting chapters. This book is especially for the rehabilitation of prisoners and people with poor mental health to assist in recovering. It could also be useful in educating kids about the dangers of drugs leading to addiction, mental illness then possibly crime and therefore doing time and then having to recover. It could help them avoid similar fates and wasting a lot of money and part of their lives. Be warned the devil can use drugs and alcohol to try and destroy you.
I originally created this book for Covid to help people cope with lockdown which was easy for me after spending many years in prison hospitals and institutions. Some of the principles and concepts are based on experiences I’ve had and learnt in a long recovery. It teaches “Total Contentment”, a very high level of consciousness which is a very beautiful experience. Finding Total Contentment is how you then become An Azure Warrior a good spiritual healer and enlightened most of the time.
This book can help you become more content. At times you may be so content and high that you may feel like you don’t need anything being hardly even hungry, that is, if you ascend to that level of consciousness. I generally only eat one meal a day now, it's good for cell health, weight loss, well-being and longevity. Buddhist monks have been practicing this lifestyle for millennia and they find contentment and few ailments. Fasting can be healing and enlightening. This is an evolution and another step for humanity to find total contentment and become a higher power yourself. Anyone can benefit from reading this book you don’t have to be struggling. It’s quite insightful.

I acknowledge all beings who have been since the beginning, are in the present and will be in the future, to the end unless it is, just as it is, eternal forever and always. I thank all master’s achieved, who liberated be, who slowly help free and enlighten the many, those who have helped me, be it direct or indire ctly.
At age 18 I was having some difficulties in a relationship; I picked up the bible intuitively opened it to John 6:35 and Jesus said, “those that come to me shall never hunger and those that believe in me will never thirst”. I didn’t just read it I believed, I took it literally and I hardly ate for a month. I was filled with the holy spirit, and I aspired to heal like Christ unfortunately at the time I was addicted to cannabis smoking way too much. It ruined the experience and it turned into a what was called a drug induced psychosis. This was my first experience with the holy spirit and the beginning of many spiritual experiences. Some 29 years later I had a proud moment where I felt I had found the holy grail and I overcame hunger for a while, and I hope you find it to one day.


Introduction
The point of this book is to help you raise your vibration, to take you to a higher level of wellbeing and help you find contentment in your life. It will help you to find heaven on earth or enlightenment and then total contentment if you like and easily at that point. You can find various levels of contentment and learn how to get back to contentment if you lose it. It can also be about helping you to make food last longer and learning to eat more in moderation, if necessary or if you want or like or are interested. When you are very content; you have more natural pure positive energy and you don’t need to eat as much, you are not as hungry, and I don’t really get hungry that much anymore at all. After doing OMAD for 4 years I had a proud moment where I realised, I had found it, the Holy Grail and my hunger completely lef t me.
You can more easily do OMAD one meal a day when you are very content. This can be good for your cells and health and can save you some money on food and time on preparation. It can also help you lose weight, all though there are many different intermittent fasting styles and programs out there. Find one that suits you at different times and stages of your journey. There is no one right way for everyone, however, it depends on many different factors and individual preferences, such as body build, health and the level you’ve rea ched.
I believe now that we are well set up on the planet that we will further increase our lifespans and our longevity. More people will start to experience total contentment here and there to begin with. In the future some people will choose to live this lifestyle more whole heartedly and with more dedication. This an evolution and I believe a return to our beginnings from a long, long time ago in the garden of Eden. Then I believe we didn’t eat until giving into temptation. I believe there are some people already practicing this philosophy, but they are very rare at the moment. I have met a few people who have had similar experiences to me of total contentment but not many. My insights have shown me that it is possible but maintaining it for long periods well that is tricky. Addictions and giving into temptation and cravings make it difficult to experience in the first place. Contentment is the ultimate cure and state of mind is everything without these two things it is impossible to achieve and even experience bri efly.
The Buddha taught that desire is the cause of suffering. I believe he found contentment an acceptance of everything as it is all perfect and neither good nor bad. This is the last stage of emotional growth transcending black and white thinking, seeing everything as perfect. The traditional 12 steps say that is all good, but I think it is all perfect. It is the mind that discriminates judges and sees things as good or bad right or wrong black or white while the enlightened mind sees everything as perfect accepts everything as things that just happen and lives in the mo ment.
Of course, there’s lots of other important concepts and principles to learn as well. Even this book does not cover everything. I originally created this book for covid to help people cope with lock down. This comes from my experiences with spending half my life in institutions, lock down at home was very easy for me. It’s also especially for rehabilitation. This book could really help the mentally ill and prisoners as these days mental illness is so prevalent. However, anyone can appreciate this book and I am sure anyone could gain something from reading it and appreciat e it.
The process of recovery and growing then flowering and finding enlightenment is a healing process. Making amends clearing our karma learning acceptance and gratitude and all these principles can help. It can take time or be quick depending upon what level you’re at. But miracles can happen you can go from a rock bottom to a real high, but you need to learn all the foundations to stay there. So, this journey is individual, and you may not learn a lot from this book but you may learn stuff you never thought possible like Total Contentment as I call it. It’s also known as the Holy Grail or simply called enlightenment, but you need to keep an open mind and want to learn and grow.
So, this is a book about finding contentment, overcoming addiction and managing mental illness alongside or with less medication. I say, “state of mind is everything” and “contentment is the ultimate cure” and “contentment you will find with a smile and quiet mind”. Finding contentment in various ways and a quiet mind could greatly help those ailing with poor mental health to better manage and alleviate their symptoms. If more is done to help in the first place and mental illness better understood I think we will rely less on medication. It is my wish to help the mental health system evolve and come to do a more complete thorough job.
In my experience at a young age fixing bicycles and with car mechanics I sought to understand something in order to fix or tune or adjust it. In my time I have been able to reflect and see when how and why I was well and how I wasn’t. I have seen good and bad businesses. I always looked for better faster ways of doing things. I came i
