Description

Shantiniuma sets out to take readers to experience the possibility to continue to be nice.
Whilst you are on your journey doing work that transacts with money so that you can pay your bills (and practically everything else in life), you won’t want your health knocking on the door demanding to be improved. At the same time, you want to go on that the purposeful journey that gives meaning to your existence.
To achieve that, Shantiniuma’s first book focuses on Gratitude, a quality that lessens lower vibrational feelings and instill higher vibrational feelings such as joy and to some extent peace.
Shantiniuma believes that everything that shows up, shows up for you

Chapter 1 Trust You
As a kid have you ever wondered how is that a small cut on your finger could just heal by itself? And you hardly feel the bruises when you’re having fun playing with friends? Until your eyes set on mom or dad and then tears start rolling and pain kicks in.
That’s as simplistic as it gets of an example to state the fact that our body is amazing. It is the most sophisticated machinery nature has ever evolved into.
When our minds are somewhat within our control, we achieve what we desire. As babies, we did after all succeed to flip over on our stomachs, sit up, crawl, walk and run. Perhaps changing colours like a chameleon is something off the pages of superhero stories. In essence, you know for a fact that once you put our mind to it, you get what you want.
The key to achieve what we want is to be in control of our minds. Nature is designed to throw us with distractions and ways to protect ourselves from things that hurt us before. But this is an inherent part of nature itself. Since forever, animals play dead, call bluff, camouflage, and of all sorts as distractions to keep safe from preys. Today, we too have distractions of all sorts. It is to keep us safe from something in the past that our minds had perceived to be dangerous.
It is going to be a broad spectrum of things that could have been seen as dangerous in our minds and depending on many factors. One factor which most of the time is not within our control, is the environment we were situated in. On hindsight, one thing is for sure. Once we walk out leaving the blazing storm behind us, we begin to become thankful that we made it out. At that point, Gratitude surmounts.
Struggle ends when Gratitude begins.
Regardless of where in life you’re at, what problems you might face, bad or good experiences, successes, or failures, health, or ill-health, and you’ve got up to here reading this, then it is now time for you to trust YOU.
Begin to express your gratitude for everything in life and gain control of your mind. Distractions are always going to be there and are meant to be there. And you are meant to live YOUR life in the present day.
Chapter 2 Health is Prime
We are here on the physical plane called planet Earth experience life with all the senses we are provided with. We can only do that if we are in the physical form, which leads us to the prime element of importance. Health.
Nature of whom we evolved from is quite the genius. Before we all got tech savvy, our bodies behaved very much aligned with nature. When the sun sets, the body goes into rest and repair. When the sun rises, the body starts to wake up and live life. In fact, health professionals term this as the circadian rhythm.
We want to improve health steadily and for that we must get back to the basics. To unlearn and relearn to get a better connectivity between nature, our body and minds. The bedrock for achieving an all-round improvement is based upon gratitude. Once gratitude is well laid, we will explore improvement in health, if you have not already got there yourself!
Keep a lookout for the upcoming journal on health. Until we get a fair grip on gratitude, let’s just go by the notion that, what is not good for your health is probably good for your soul!
Chapter 3 Wealth - The New Vital
As the economy progressed, there is a new vital element included for our survival and growth, and it is called Wealth. If you already have not realised it, it’s the oxygen required to live the life that you want.
For ages, the world has been conditioned to get into the cycle of earning and living. While there may be many theories behind this, the fact remains that it is what it is, and that we are in pursuit of happiness in this one life bestowed upon us.
One thing that has not changed since the dawn of time is, that we reap what we sow. Energy in, equals energy out, and that is backed by science!
To work on wealth and bring upon the kind of financial stability that you desire, we once again must work from a bedrock of gratitude. You may find yourself propelling on your own to improve wealth during the gratitude journey. Look out for the wealth journal that will look deeper into ways of increasing wealth and inspire you towards a total uplift in your life.
Chapter 4 Daily Gratitude Journey
This book is your bedside journal to express Gratitude. Every night before going to sleep, check-in to this journal and pen down at least one thing that you are grateful for the day.
We want to be concise in expressing our gratitude and steadily rise like a phoenix from the ashes. And so, one page per day is assigned to express Gratitude for the day.
There are kind words from people who have made it on every page to inspire you and to get you through the next day with full of gratitude. You will even find a small space to doodle your creativity. Everyday your gratitude entries will handhold you to retire for the day with a contented heart filled with joy and peace.
Sometimes you will miss a day or two in jotting down the gratitude for the day. Or maybe even a week or a month. I want you to know that it is ok and it is all right. Just leave the page or pages empty and write on the page for the day.
Occasionally look back by flipping the pages and read your entries. As you progress on this journey, you will find that there will be fewer and fewer empty pages than there were before. It may dawn upon you that you have progressed up to that point, and by just examining further, you find that you have progressed in a few other aspects of your life as well.
