The defectiveness schema is the voice in your head that tells you that you are not loved and not valued. It is the salesman who comes to your door daily to sell you negative thoughts and feelings. It is how your defectiveness feeds your depression, which can leave you drained of energy, weighed down by self-criticism, and isolated from the world around you.
