Ahead of Ourselves (Patience)

No matter how hard it gets, or the strain in these times.
Patience is a virtue it is written and divine.

We all may not know all the plans for our lives.
So its best that We stand and let GOD fight Our fights.

Annoyance and anger seems to get in Our way.
With Our attitude and impatience, always seems to delay.

Delay the thing that’s predestined it just might save our lives…
But We seem to come against it, like Were always so right.

There are times We miss Our blessings cause Were full steam ahead. Stumbling over ourselves and not waiting for bread.

Just endure what comes at you, believe help is in the air.
Close your eyes and take a breath there is nothing to fear.

Slow it down give it time and see what GOD has for you.
Like I said in the beginning patience is a virtue.
Ahead of Ourselves (Patience)

We all seem to be in such a rush. Rushing to work, rushing to take the kids to school, rushing the tellers at the grocery store and especially rushing everyone on the highways. But have you ever said to yourself, I feel like I’m rushing myself into the grave. Probably not, but that’s exactly what you’re doing. All the rushing causes heart attacks, stress and even car accidents. Which equals death. GOD has made patience the fruit of the spirit for a reason. And being impatient can have such a critical effect on us. I know you have to get where you’re going. But there are a couple of things I would like you to think about before your next rush wave. Rushing down the highway tailgating someone they slam on breaks, you slam into them and now you’re not even going to make it to where you were going anyway all because you were rushing. Or your rushing around trying to do a million things in one day your hearts beating so fast it bursts from all the pressure. I’m not saying these things to scare you, I’m saying these things to save your life or maybe someone else’s. Take your life a little slower. breathe and be patient. Stop getting ahead of yourself. Let GOD lead your way. Everything will work out.

Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us .
Hebrews 12:1
Arrow Threw the Heart (Hatred)

Where does this thing come from, it starts to unwind,
Does it come from our hearts, does it come from our minds.

Is it something we knew, from a child at birth.
Is it something we’re taught, from our parents on earth.

This hatred I see, it comes from within,
Its destruction, its corruption, and its sure not our friend.

Watching it kill, and even dig graves.
From the past, to the present, from the hangings, those days.

Those days still visible, from hate groups and us.
Destroying our country GOD made from the dust.

How dare we disrespect, the love HE instilled.
LORD help us to change, the devils wicked will.

Forgive us for falling, in all of his mess.
Forgive us for failing all of those tests.

Let’s claim this victory, over hatred and all.
In standing all together, and abiding the laws.

Come in as one body, and stay on the same page.
As GOD as the HEAD, like the beginning of age.
Arrow Threw the Heart (Hatred)

This word hatred has now become quite popular. Only now they say hater or hating. They’re even putting the word on tee shirts. However you put it, the word and the meaning its self is hateful, harmful and hurtful. It can be quite powerful if we let it. So let’s do our best not to let it dominate our love. You know it takes more energy from you being angry and hating someone than it does loving them. It affects your heart and your mind. And believe me it always shows sooner or later on the outside. It shows in your frowns your eyes and even your body movements. Yes it does effect the person your showing hate to, and it may make the other person react, which their reaction may be more detrimental than yours. That is no way to live. Just think if we lived in a world where I hated you, you hated me, they hated them, and so on and so forth. We would be in more turmoil then this world is already in. Try to practice ignoring people that make you angry. Try and forgive those that hurt you. And most of all, ask GOD for the gift of love. If you ask HE’ll give it. You will feel a peace in your heart and mind like never before.

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

As Your Leader (Leadership)

I know you’re watching close. And I pledge myself to you.
To do my best in this job, to see you through and through.

Good times bad times may present, no matter what the fight.
I’ll stand this ground, I’m rooted in, and I’ll stand with all my might.

I commit to make good choices, and I’ll look for what’s ahead.
Protecting all your rights, with every strand on my head.

I’m for this nation to the end, I’m for this very dust.
With every decision carefully, and all your cares a must.
