Why are people of Earth today not experiencing a Golden Age? Are these ages haphazard or assigned?
Golden Ages are a big deal. We may say they are not necessarily in Man’s hands and, we could say also that they are indeed in Man’s hands. Let us explain.

A Golden Age follows universal Laws. The Ideal is a blueprint the Almighty placed within the hearts of Mankind long, long ago. When humanity manifests superior works of goodwill and beauty in all it creates, and wisdom in its affairs, then it enjoys a Golden Age.
Therefore, Golden Ages are one of God’s many gifts. A time came when the co-creator, Man, decided not to follow the Laws of the Almighty, but do as he willed and going against the Law. Centuries and even millennia can pass without any Golden Ages.

At the onset of the Age of Aquarius, one of these ages of abundance had been scheduled. In order to exemplify such and age, we must turn things around to what the Creator had intended at this time. We live in times of Prophesy, which will be elaborated upon as we move along in this book. The prophesy to which we are referring is in the Book of Revelation in the Bible. It is the descent of the New Jerusalem. Before we get to this chapter, we read about a multitude of horrors. Revelation is written mostly in symbols of darkness. We are currently at this point. We could fulfill the prophecy by turning the present darkness into works of Light and Love, then righteousness would be ruling the land. Indecision and choices placed willfully, are not the need of the hour. Or engage in wishful thinking, hoping that things get better. In order for this environment to get better, we must get better.

Humanity has been under a hypnotic spell for millions and millions of years. This spell plus, how it took place, moved us away from the wisdom of that blueprint. Without this wisdom, our Souls were unaware that we became enslaved by our own deeds and thoughts.
Welcome to our efforts to uncover the mysteries, discuss them in great detail, and present the course of action which has been successful for those who have chosen it. If we be willing to engage in uncovering the mysteries of the Light, we would regain step by step, the vital purposes of life, the way the Lord had provided.

We have been engaged in three decades of research to prepare the content envisioned above, in its proper sequence. The section given on the New Physics is an addition of this author for the reasons given. The rest of the Divine Plan applies the methods of the Tibetan Masters, and other Masters who have overcome the above dilemma.
Our inspiration to write this book came from an old booklet found years ago for sale on a church shelf. Its title is, "Encyclical on World Good Will." The authors were El Morya and the Darjeeling Council. The material was dictated to their messengers, and familiar to this author, as the Work of the Masters who reside in Heaven. Long ago, on the Himalayan Mountains, Beings lived there while receiving their last initiations before their ascension. The purpose of the Council of Light for giving us this tiny treasure map of a booklet is to accelerate the way back to God-Freedom and our own ascension.

The content of the Encyclical is free from adhering to any one Church, or Nationality, and applies to all of Mankind. It contains Earth’s most pressing problems, and their precise spiritual solutions. Published in the ‘70’s, the issues within the booklet seem to have exacerbated in today’s climate, but they remain the same issues.
