I wish to dedicate this book to the Divine Feminine and to Amma who holds it for us all. In addition, I wish to dedicate it to all the women of my lineage who created the foundation for my fruition. I include here my mother, Anne Marie Pribil Mulholland, who believed in me as a writer, my Aunt Florence Tinkham Moran, who provided a role model as a talented career woman, my second mother, Glenna Hutchison Mulholland, who recognized me as a spiritual being, and my ancestors, Sadie Munro Mulholland, Nellie Van de Mark Munro, Jane Robinson Mulholland, and Maria Baer Pribil. These women were, in many ways, the backbone of their families, and held the artistic genes that have now come through me as the words written below. I honor them with this offering.

I speak from my own whole person experience reading this book, having walked with the author, guided to explore, heal, and thus awaken my past and present mind, body, and soul. This book is a process which serves to dissolve barriers, support integration, enhance awareness of personal purpose, and inspire aligned action.


I am healed. I am whole.
These statements exalt, and ground a power inherent in our words – our natural ability to heal self and other, within and without, through faithful proclamation of our intention. Recognition of and faithful belief in our innate ability to be healed and to heal is the first essential ingredient. What follows is remembrance of our true nature – our connection with the whole of our Self, Humanity, Earth, and Creator. When we open to the intention of healing--from a friend, Guide, hand, or God-- the whole of creation support the intention of healing. The reason for this miraculous truth of nature becomes apparent when openly listening to the stories, teachings, and beloved statements of the Great Masters of this world. In honor of this book’s author and her lifelong connection with three Masters in particular, I joyously share their messages on the topic of healing.


Jesus Christ’s disciples detailed stories of His healings.
“Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.” (Matthew 4:23)
“At sunset, the people brought to Jesus all who had various kinds of sickness, and laying his hands on each one, he healed them.” (Luke 4:40)
Many curious persons have asked themselves, or Christ directly through prayer and listening, how did these healings happen? What power or force enabled these miraculous blessings to occur on Earth?
He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering." (Mark 5:34)
Christ affirms that our faith heals us. It is as though our faith opens the channel through which divine power may act.
When Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to him, asking for help. "Lord," he said, "my servant lies at home paralyzed and in terrible suffering." Jesus said to him, "I will go and heal him." The centurion replied, "Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed… When Jesus heard this, he was astonished and said to those following him, "I tell you the truth, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith”…Then Jesus said to the centurion, "Go! It will be done just as you believed it would." And his servant was healed at that very hour.
Similar to the universality of all Masters’ teachings, Christ’s messages apply to all of humanity. His omniscient vision of a world abundant with healers, saints, and Masters is exemplified in this inspiring prophecy:
"I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father.” (John 14:12)
Here, Christ clearly states that any person of faith may serve as an open conduit through which healing may occur. You and I are without exception; we can heal and be healed!


"Mahavatar" means "great avatar," which is another word for Master, Great Teacher, or Enlightened One. "Babaji" means "revered father". Mahavatar Babaji has lived, disappeared, and reappeared for more than for 2,000 years according to many of his disciples. Having transcended the physical form, entering the human body vessel at will, many reverently ask Babaji what causes disease and what sustains health.
“ Disease is generally considered a result of external material causes. Few people realize that it comes through the inaction of the Life Force within. Medicine, massage and electricity merely help to stimulate the cells in such a way that the Life Energy is induced to return and resume its work of maintenance and repair. All methods of healing are really indirect ways of rousing the life energy, which is the true and direct healer of all diseases.”
If Life Force heals and sustains our being, how do we access and activate this healing life energy?
“To know God is the most important way to heal all disease--physical, mental, spiritual. As darkness cannot remain where light is, so also the darkness of disease is driven away by the light of God's perfect presence when it enters the body… Absolute, unquestioning faith in God is the greatest method of instantaneous healing.”


Today, we are blessed to walk among living healers and Masters. Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi is known throughout the world as Amma, the Hugging Saint, or Mother, for her selfless love and compassion toward all beings. Amma says
“All paths lead to the same goal, and all paths incorporate devotion or love as essential to the practice.”
Millions today connect with Amma as their spiritual guru, divine mother, living Master, and loving friend, learning from her daily practice of healing thousands.
“Both faith and effort are needed. If you plant a seed, it will sprout, but for it to grow properly, it needs water and fertilizer. Faith will make us aware of our true nature; but to experience it directly, we need to put forth the effort.”
Healing is akin to welcoming the cleaning lady into our home. If we fear the vacuum’s loud noise, movement of furniture, or lose faith that our home will feel cleaner, freer, and more open as a result of the cleaning lady’s time and energy in our home, then no cleaning—or home healing—can happen. Invite and welcome. Then curiously and lovingly explore your home, with faith that your home is being healed in perfect harmonic timing with your Highest Good. Amma reminds us of the vital ingredient in our whole person healing recipe.
“There are antibiotic ointments that aid in the healing of external wounds. Similarly, there are many different kinds of medication available to treat diseases of our internal organs, but there is only one medicine that can heal the wounds of our mind. This medicine is pure love.”
Guided by these three Great Teachers, and driven by her commitment to serving humanity, Anya has mastered the healing arts through practice over twenty years and become a highly adept healer and guide to many. In the dozen healing sessions I’ve experienced with Anya, each magnifies in love and light, serving to open, heal, awaken, expand, and strengthen my being, grounding my Highest Self into form.
