This is why rejection hurts so much, we have been rejecting ourselves our entire lives with the way we seek love, approval & validation being through other people & external things, which are unreliable sources because people only reflect back to us, what we truly think about ourselves. This can only be healed from within, so learning to love ourselves regardless with a solid inner foundation of trust, establishing emotional stability & unconditional self-acceptance knowing we are always OK exactly as we are, is what you will learn & discover within this book. You are the only one that teaches people how to treat you & when you love yourself, setting healthy boundaries is easy because you honour your worth & know what you deserve. Our birthright natural state of being is, All is well but with non-stop brain washing, we can become enslaved to a system that tells us we don’t matter, suffering in an illusion of lack, fear & separation from ourselves & others, that creates chaos & dis-ease within our physical body or human meatsuit, locking your brain in survival mode & overthinking. With the truth of who we really are & where we came from being hidden, that reveals we matter way more than you could ever imagine. We are an angelic superhuman race that are destined to be the guardians of the multiverse with limitless co-creating abilities to manifest our own realities through words, thoughts, emotions & energy, manipulating matter with our vibrational frequencies as beings of light but first we need to master our minds. It is my sincerest hope that what I’ve learnt through my own journey is a beacon of guiding light to you, from self-hate to ultimate self-love, with your top priority always being, to become your own best friend!

First & foremost I would like to thank fear & mistrust for without you, the growth, awareness & insight within myself & this book would have been impossible! Constantly searching to find my limitless potential & truth would have been so much harder without you & now that I’ve discovered my truth for myself, you hold the smallest most insignificant piece of who I AM now so as grateful as I am to you for my transformation, I’m learning to ascend through a solid inner foundation of trust regardless, knowing that absolutely everything is always for my highest good!
I did not arrive at my present confidence easily though & nor do I feel that I have all the answers as life is an ascension process & journey within itself. We are constantly learning & growing, passing on the precious wisdom of lessons learnt the hard way to benefit others as we ALL have a story & deep-seated inner hope that what we “suffered” & endured through will someday make a positive difference to others. This is all I have ever wished for as I’m sure we all do, without each & every single person, moment & experience of my life I would not be sitting here right now at this very exact moment unconditionally loving & accepting who I am today so to thank each & every soul that has been apart of my journey would just be words & not truly portray the deep profound gratitude I feel within my heart for each & every single one of you. Through the cathartic process of writing this book, I remembered when & why I lost a huge part of myself. When I was younger (around 9/10) I absolutely loved creative writing & drawing, it was a world I would immerse myself & get lost in. During preprimary I recalled receiving some really high achievements but no one was there to witness them (so it seemed) The farm we grew up on was around half an hour plus away from our school & we lived from week to week although we were lucky enough to have a stay at home mum, I do not blame my parents for any of this at all as I am not telling this story to be a victim as I am so grateful to them. There was one particular assembly I remembered like yesterday & wrote a story about a mermaid with a picture I spent hours & hours doing, soooo much love & effort went into this masterpiece which I was rewarded & honored for at this assembly. I was completely beaming & full of pride as they called my name to go up to read it out & accept my award but as I was reading to the whole school, I was looking around at all the faces looking back at me only to notice the ones I really desperately wanted there, weren’t, so at that age I figured no one cared & it was a waste of time & effort because it didn’t matter to anyone when actually it took hundreds of children on a journey into my inner world & impacted their reality for a moment to see a different perception, that I created an opportunity for them to open their minds & imagination to another dimension of possibility. Without this hindsight & wisdom at that age this moment solidified an already existing DON’T BE IMPORTANT message as my mum would say to us as kids, if you haven’t got anything nice to say, don’t say any
