To heal, you must be willing to feel. As you recognize what is keeping you stuck, the density, tension, and stress will begin to dissolve and a new sense of awareness, empowerment, and well-being will take its place.

Making your health a priority means believing you are a valuable being who deserves brilliant health and well-being. Healing means listening to the messages your body is trying to give you and making changes that create ease and flow rather than dis-ease and stuckness.

Emotions are the gateway to your well-being. They tell you what is honorable and what is not, and they help you make decisions. If your life is flowing the way it’s meant to, and you are moving in the wrong direction, your emotions will let you know.

Being healthy means eating a healthy diet that provides you with energy and well-being. It is easy to go for fast food, which usually contains lots of fat, sugar, and unhealthy chemicals.

Every part of the body stores particular emotions, thoughts, memories, energy, and experiences based on the function of that part of the body. When you can recognize the blocks, issues, and limitations, you can start to release them.

You can heal and regenerate your abdomen and all its associated organs by visualizing yourself becoming healthier and more confident. Carry a stone with you for the next month, and whenever you feel weak, squeeze it to receive extra confidence and energy.

To heal your adrenal glands, you must first breathe in energy and clear any fear and stress. Then, focus on your hands, and imagine that you are holding orange balls of energy. Touch your adrenal glands and allow those orange balls to penetrate the glands.

The ankles are a location that can be weighted down with emotional chains. Focus on your ankles and massage them until they feel more relaxed. Then, stand and take a few steps. How does it feel to walk forward without the heavy chains. What are the possibilities that lie ahead of you now.

There are many reasons why you may be unable to let go of old habits and beliefs. You may feel guilty, regretful, and uncomfortable with decisions that were made in the past. You may hold on to anger toward yourself and others.

You can clear your anus by focusing on the negative feeling or belief you are holding on to. When you relax, focus on letting them go. Rub your hands together and focus on the tingling sensation. visualize orange light between your hands. place your hands on your anus and breathe in the orange rays.

Focus on your arms. Start by gently shaking them, as if you are shaking out all the stress, fear, and negativity. Imagine that there is a trash bin in front of you and you are shaking all the density into the bin. Shake for about thirty seconds, then stop for fifteen seconds and feel the tingling sensation and a sense of relief.

There are many reasons why people don’t follow their dreams, and they can be difficult to identify.

You can also heal your arteries by visualizing pink light between your hands, then placing them on your chest and breathing in this pink light. Divine Healing Intelligence should install feelings and experiences of love and a deep connection to your heart’s wisdom.

Focus on your back. Breathe deeply and slowly, arching your head back slightly and curving your lower spine. Then, as you breathe out, bring your head forward and allow your back to straighten. Repeat this process several times until your breathing feels steady and relaxed.

To heal your bladder, you must first be aware of the emotions that are contributing to the condition. unhealthy emotions to work with are anger, resentment, frustration, and sadness. healthy emotions to work with are forgiveness, happiness, confidence, and determination.

There are many factors that can contribute to blood disorders, and they are all based on the person experiencing them. They could be experiencing tension, unhappiness, rejection, guilt, shame, suspicion, and resistance.

To regenerate and purify the blood, focus on bright red. Imagine that you are directing this bright red ray all through your body, starting from your toes and moving it through your feet, legs, thighs, torso, head, and back down again.

To heal your bones, you can wrap a sheet of orange cellophane around a clear glass of water, and place your hands over the water while saying, Divine Spirit, please infuse this water with binding, healing, and regenerative energy. Please energize the crystals in the water with mending and repairing qualities so that my bones may heal and become stronger and more resilient.

To help you release stuckness and stagnation, ask yourself questions such as: Can anything else come into my life when I hold on to negativity. Say: Divine Healing Intelligence, please release all judgment, criticism, and righteousness from my bowels.

To improve your concentration and memory, and to sharpen your mind, try the following: touch the tip of your thumb to the tip of your index finger and stretch out the other fingers. Do this to both hands for two to five minutes, several times a day.

The Workaholic is a prone to becoming a workaholic. They are constantly busy doing things, and they feel that if they don't do something, the world will end. They are often overwhelmed and overpowered by others, and they try to be too controlling in order not to fall apart.

If you are a woman, you may struggle with connecting to your own femininity and receiving love, affection, and kindness. You may feel like you don’t need help from others because you can take care of everything yourself.

Focus on your breasts and let go of all criticism. Then, love, appreciate, and look after them. Do something loving and nurturing every day, even if it only takes a moment.

You can work on your behind by relaxing your buttocks, breathing in and tightening them while you hold your breath for five seconds, and then relaxing them as you breathe out. Repeat this process eight to ten times. Then massage the buttocks or shake them out until they feel more relaxed.

Ask the Divine Healing Intelligence to melt away all resistance, victimhood, manipulation, fear, ignorance, conflict, and abuse from your cervix and all points of view, all patterns, and the positive and negative charges that contribute to this condition.

Lying down is also a great way to facilitate the release of impurities from your body. Imagine a funnel in the middle of your chest, and ask the Divine Healing Intelligence to release all burdens, disempowerment, low self-esteem, and suppression of feelings.

The ear is like a sponge that absorbs information. Much of what we hear is negative, and this negativity can affect us not only physically but also emotionally. Start becoming aware of the noise around you and how it is affecting your ears.

You can also work on your elbows to help them heal and regenerate. Rub your hands together for forty-five seconds, place your hands apart, and visualize a green ball of energy in the palms of your hands. Place your hand on the affected elbow and hold it there while visualizing green light entering and regenerating your elbow.

To improve your vision, you must first improve the eyes’ flexibility. Rotate the eyes to the left, to the right, and then up and down. Do this eight to ten times. Repeat the process, rotating your eyes to the right, to the left, down, and then up.

To improve your complexion, work with the process of massaging your face and imagining you have a trash bin in front of you. Take off any false masks that are covering your face and throw them in the bin until you get to the most beautiful, shining face.

You can allow yourself to free up stuck or stagnant energy by asking the right questions. Focus on an orange ray of light, and visualize it moving through your fallopian tubes, dissolving all blockages and releasing degeneration.
