Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. The present terms not having been agreed to here and Geronimo having broken every condition Of the surrender, the Indians now in custody are to be held as prisoners and sent to Fort Marion with out reference to previous communications and without in any way consulting their wishes in the matter. This is in addition to my telegram of to-day.
