For many years I’ve sought the initial "rule of law" proving One’s personal and private continuous and contiguous dominion over a violently removed "jus cogens" fetal measure accounting for the internationally recognized rest, residue, and remainder of One’s foundational SUPREME BEING.

I found it.

An occult "war" has been raged over the afterbirth "Holy Grail" for Ages between those who profit via the religious SALVATION of an indigenous "savage" and those who profit via the commercial SALVAGE of an abandoned "vessel" - both acts of conjecture are administrated by profiteering middlemen.

Such acts are fraud.

The "war" begins with the unnatural amputation of One’s feto-maternal limb - the cutting of the umbilical cord - resulting in the failed delivery of a biological entirety and whole indigenous being giving rise to a contrived "certificated" second-coming born alive product of conception (implantation) recorded and "executed" for the greater good.

Such acts are malpractice.

To "keep the peace" while retaining One’s private unclipped coin-of-the-realm sovereignty "status quo ante bellum" One must have knowledge of mom’s pellucid membrane dowry establishing One’s pacific diplomatic "RIGHT OF WAY" between the Old Testament world of the "unborn" and New Testament world of the "born"- thus giving a full "White" accounting from fertilization to last breath.

To leave out One’s "vestigial" initial period in the womb consitutes a "lie by omission."

Over the years I have written many letters in an effort to end the war over said "particular end." Recipients include but are not limited to the Director of the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH); The Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS); The Chairman of the National Security Council; The President of the United States; and The President of the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

I have yet to receive a response.

Finally, what you now hold in your hands is a transcription of a telephone conversation I had with a friend on the eighteenth day of October in the "gregorian" calendar year 2022. To learn the true context and intent behind my words, it would be wise to listen to the unedited "raw" call many times before "reading" this "cleaned-up" transcription. It is my personal belief that everything stated here is the truth of the matter as I have also stated in the following "A Memoir." If anyone anywhere disagrees with any of this testimony feel free to submit all proof to the contrary in writing. If I am wrong, I will gladly recant any mistake. If I receive no response, I will accept such silence as full acquiescence to every word printed within these pages.

For convenience and consistency between the classic and modern states, I am, as Author, moved by sound reasoning and direct "first-hand" knowledge of the whole "truth of the matter" to write this source, holistic, and peerless declaratory memoir proving once and for all that One is "all present and accounted for" from fertilization to last breath:

One’s unique genesis known biologically as fertilization is both a creative "Act of God" and true Origin of the Species - a personal "Ark" wholly in accordance with the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God;

One’s Ark begins with the unification of dad’s 23-chromosome sperm and mom’s 23-chromosome ovum resulting in a single "intellegently designed" 46-chromosome Zygote enveloped by mom’s pellucid membrane as a perfect "original package" and matrilineal dowry - evolving without sunder throughout a biologically mortal journey terminating only upon One’s last expired breath beyond the womb;

I am, as spirit, prior to the fundamental manifestation of One’s exclusive Ark - exist without rival as the single owner/occupant of said faultless biological entirety from its quintessential genesis - will continue to exist with dignity through One’s direct offspring;

I am, as spirit, the one and only Lord and Master with dominion over the genetically continuous and contiguous "evolutionary" Ark - including all its works or product, input or output, be it, time/energy, physical/spiritual, intellectual/artistic, capital/labor, written/spoken, or anything otherwise;

I am, as spirit, always in communication with One’s Father - for I and my Father are One healthy "Supreme Being" from fertilization onward - and thus "I" require no middleman for such a thing is an absurd conception and bar clearly contrary to the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God

And Seisin took me to Seize verb. I went from Seize to Set. Then from Set to Sect, S E C T - like religious community. Anyway, down below it had S E K which is a root. It says the proto Indo-European meaning "to cut."

I just, I happened to cross a book in the, in the giveaways here that’s called Measuring America. And it’s about surveying, and it’s talking about it. He’s in this book, he’s saying, and it’s 1538 when they started actually measuring land as, as, um, not just what the production before, it wasn’t really what the size of the land was. It was the production of the land. And from 15, uh, when, when Henry VIII seized all the monasteries, then they started measuring it as the land itself. And the land became money. Became a way to, it, It switched from production to how much money can I get for the land, is what he’s saying. I’m just in the beginning, beginning of it. But yeah.

Well, if you think about that, I mean, I might have a 10,000 acres, but, um, only so much of it’s productive. I think the earlier version was they were counting heads of cattle or whatever and the product of that cattle. So I got a hundred cow and it produces this much product. That’s, what the king would be taxing. He’d be claiming some portion of that output. So he switched over in the fifteen-hundreds to the land itself.
