About the Author
Francis Ashley is the pen name of Malcolm F Vincent, who was born into a family of Psychic investigators at the beginning of World War II. In his working life, he was a Chartered Civil Engineer working in England and overseas on large civil and structural engineering projects. What little spare time he had was devoted to the study of Psychic Science and the Paranormal over a period of some 60 years, and he had contacts with many specialists in these fields. The book is a compilation of inspirational writings received from the spirit realms and through research over a period of seven years.

The Beginning of Life on Planet Earth
It began in a flash a very, very long time ago and as our star (the sun) settled down into its orbit, it threw off its satellites including our planet. According to the Akashic records from the spirit or astral realms, some 4000 to 5000 million years ago our little ball of molten magma was ejected from our star and became planet earth, but its orbital position in the universe was closer to the sun than it is today and spinning in a clockwise direction.
At a point in time, however, as the earth was gently cooling down, condensing with its gases and minerals, a giant planet many times larger than planet earth, according to ancient records, collided with earth, producing a glancing blow which caused the earth to rotate anti-clockwise, and pushed the planet into a new orbit further away from the Sun. Whether the Moon was created at this time is a matter of conjecture, but no mention is made in ancient planetary records. The seas on this giant planet were composed of a mixture of naphtha, water and heavy oil of a viscous nature. Large quantities of which spilled onto planet earth, covering the whole of its surface before the giant planet passed on to another location.
As the temperature of the earth continued to reduce, the oily matter became absorbed into the crust of the earth and was later reabsorbed into sedimentary materials as the earth went through different developmental stages in its final cooling process. Many thousands of years later, the earth’s surface was solid all over with the oils and tars absorbed deep within its crust. And as moisture within the crust broke through the surface, an atmosphere began to develop and a climate evolved, but only after the spirit masters, who were in control of the planet since its conception, had erected an invisible globe around the planet to prevent the developing atmosphere from escaping.
Life then began to develop in the mists of time during which the young planet earth began to support vegetable life, including trees and grasses seeded by the master spirit souls, supported and encouraged by masters of the spirit realms. Young beings of human appearance were encouraged by the supreme master spirits, (not gods) with light years of wisdom, to take up residences on this planet. These young spirits did not possess a physical body but came from what we know today as the astral planes of the spirit world – the world which we came from and to which we will all return.
At the beginning of its existence, planet earth possessed a global cosmic and magnetic film created by the master spirits which enabled it, like all other planets and galaxies, to be totally integrated and absorbed within what we call today the spirit or astral realms. All other planets in our solar system possess a cosmic film and will always possess such a condition. Planet earth as with all other planets is part of the spirit world as mentioned and is being watched over constantly by very advanced spirit masters. At no time was planet earth left alone during all of this early development. The spirit masters were involved in every stage of the planet’s development including the seeding of the earth with plant life, but not the plant life we know today.
The young astral souls which first visited the planet appeared in human form dressed in simple garments such as robes with corded belts around their middles. Mainly, these souls came from the spirit realms closer to earth and did not pass to the higher realms until they had progressed materially and spiritually. However, because they came from the astral realms of the spiritual world, they were not affected by the atmosphere of the planet at the time. Although these souls, both male and female, could pass backwards and forwards to the spiritual world, they nevertheless were required to remain on the planet for a period of time. During this period, there were few seas and the land masses were totally different from those which exist today. The planet itself had recovered from the devastating effects of its birth but now there were trees and vast grass plains but few, if any other, life forms.
Even before the birth of this planet, the spiritual master souls had decided that planet earth was destined to be used as a training planet for young primitive astral souls who wished to develop and progress through the astral realms. Life in the astral realms has always been idyllic, but although these regions of peace, love and great beauty are wonderful to live in, even today there is no incentive for younger souls to develop the mind, spirituality and knowledge in all its meanings. In order to assist the development of these very young souls who were known as young earthlings, after the planet had become habitable, groups of more mature souls were initially brought from another galaxy to help in the early development of the young souls wishing to return to earth.
Life in all its myriad of forms existed in the great spirit realms at various levels of development long before this planet and its solar system in general came into being and it will continue indefinitely in the future. It has already been said that planet earth is the training ground for permanent life in the spirit realms which includes the basic natural law of cause and effect which can never be usurped. It is the basic law of the planet, which sadly the majority of trainees failed to understand or remember during their period on earth.
Consequently, when individuals return home to the spirit realms, as we all must do, looking back over their lives causes them much sadness on reviewing their actions, some of which should not have been undertaken. However, the natural law of karma enables the individual soul to re-assess its misdemeanours and after a period of time in the astral realms it is given the opportunity to return to planet earth to make amends for those wrongdoings. It is better to correct such errors or misdemeanours while on earth rather than carrying them with them to the spirit realms. All such misdemeanours are due to selfishness, greed, avarice and the constant accumulation or acquisition of material objects to inflict suffering on other human beings and the animal kingdom.
The spirit masters and the supreme master souls live in what is known as the spirit world, which contains the astral planes or often known today as the astral realms which have always been in existence. Sadly, the majority of humankind does not understand that such a spirit world exists because it is invisible to most humans. Only those humans who possess advanced psychic or clairvoyant powers and of a high spiritual level are able see the beauties of this invisible world.
