The Lord is My Shepherd; I shall not want. Psalms 23:1 He makes Me to lie down in green pastures; He leads Me beside the still waters. 2 He restores My soul; He leads Me in The Path of Righteousness for His Name’s Sake. 3 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You Are With Me; Your Rod and Your Staff, they comfort Me. 4 You prepare a table before Me in the presence of My enemies; You Anoint My head with oil; My cup runs over. 5 Surely Goodness and Mercy shall follow Me all The Days of My Life; and I will dwell in The House of The Lord forever. 6
For a voice of wailing is heard from Zion: “How are we plundered! We are greatly ashamed, because we have forsaken the land, because we have been cast out of our dwelling. Jeremiah 9:19 For death has come through our windows, has entered our palaces, to kill off the children— no longer to be outside! And the young men— no longer on the streets! 21 ‘Behold The Days are coming,’ says The Lord, That I will punish all who are circumcised with the uncircumcised— 25 Egypt, Judah, Edom, the people of Ammon, Moab, and all who are in the farthest corners, who dwell in the wilderness. For all these nations are uncircumcised, and all The House of Israel are uncircumcised in the heart.” 26
For the customs of the peoples are futile; for one cuts a tree from the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the ax. 10:3 They decorate it with silver and gold; they fasten it with nails and hammers so that it will not topple. 4 They are upright, like a palm tree, and they cannot speak; they must be carried, because they cannot go by themselves. Do not be afraid of them, for they cannot do evil, nor can they do any good. 5 But they are altogether dull-hearted and foolish; a wooden idol is a worthless doctrine. 8
But The Lord is ‘The True God’; He is ‘The Living God’ and ‘The Everlasting King’. At His Wrath the earth will tremble, and the nations will not be able to endure His Indignation. 10 Thus You shall say to them: “The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth shall perish from the earth and from under these heavens.” 11 He has made the earth by His Power, He has established the world by His Wisdom, and has stretched out the heavens at His discretion. 12
“The Spirit of The Lord is upon Me, because The Lord has Anointed Me to preach Good Tidings to the poor; He has Sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to Proclain Liberty to the captives, and of the opening of the prison to those who are bound; Isaiah 61:1 To Proclaim ‘The Acceptable Year of The Lord’, and The Day of Vengeance of Our God; to comforth all who mourn, 2 To console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, The Oil of Joy for mourning, The Garment of Praise for the spirit of heaviness, that they may be called Trees of Righteousness, The Planting of The Lord, that He May Be Glorified.” 3
And they shall rebuild the old ruins, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the ruined cities, the desolations of many generations. 4 Strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the son of foreigner shall be your plowmen and your vinedressors. 5 But you shall be named The Priests of The Lord, they shall call you The Servants of Our God. You shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory you shall boast. 6 Instead of your shame you shall have double honor, and instead of confussion they shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double; everlasting joy shall be theirs. 7
“For I, The Lord, love justice; I hate robbery for burnt offering; I Will Direct their work in Truth, and will make with them An Everlasting Covenant. 8 Their descendants shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among the people. All who see them shall acknowlege them, that they are The Posterity who The Lord has blessed.” 9
I will greatly Rejoice in The Lord, my soul shall be joyful in My God; for He has clothed me with The Garments of Salvation, He has Covered Me with The Robe of Righteousness, As ‘A Bridegroom’ decks himself with ornaments, and as ‘A Bride’ adorns herself with her jewels. 10 For as the earth brings forth its bud, as the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring forth, so The Lord God will cause Rightousness and Praise to spring forth before all the nations. 11
Thus says The Lord of Hosts, The God of Israel: “They shall again use ‘This Speech’ in The Land of Judah and in its cities, when I bring back their captivity: ‘The Lord Bless You, O Home of Justice, and Mountain of Holiness!’ Jeremaih 31:23 And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all its cities together, farmers and those going out with flocks. 24 But this is The Covenant that I will make with The House of Israel after Those Days, says The Lord: I will put My Law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My People.” 33
Truly My soul silently waits for God; from Him comes My Salvation. Psalm 62:1 He only is My Rock and My Salvation; He is My Defense; I shall not be greatly moved. 2 How long will you attack a man? You shall be slain, all of you, like a leaning wall and a tottering fence. 3 They only consult to cast Him down from His High Position; they delight in lies; they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah 4
My soul, waith silently for God alone, for My Expectation is From Him. 5 He only is My Rock and My Salvation; He is My Defense; I shall not be moved. 6 In God is My Salvation and My Glory; The Rock of My Strength, and My Refuge, is in God. 7 Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your heart before Him; God is A Refuge for us. Selah 8
Surely men of low degree are a vapor, men of high degree are a lie; if they are weighed on the scales, they are altogether lighter then vapor. 9 Do not trust in oppression, nor vainly hope in robbery; if riches increase, do not set your heart on them. 10 God has spoken once, twise I have heard ‘This’: That Power belongs to God. 11 Also to You, O Lord, belongs Mercy; for you render to each one according to his work. 12
For The House of Israel and The House of Judah have dealt very treacherously with Me, says The Lord. Jeremiah 5:11 They have lied about The Lord, and said, “It is not He, Neither will evil come upon us, nor shall we see sword or famine. 12 And the prophets become wind, for The Word is not in them. Thus shall it be done to them.” 13 But this people has a defiant and rebellous heart; they have revolted and departed. 23
As a fountain wells up with water, so she wells up with her wickedness. Violence and plundering are heard in her. Before Me continually are grief and wounds. 6:7 To whom shall I speak and give warning, that they may hear? Indeed their ear is uncircumcised, and they cannot give heed. Behold, The Word of The Lord is a reproach to them; they have no delight in It. 10 Will you steal, murder, commit adultery, burn incense to Baal, and walk after other gods whom you do not know. 7:9 “Has this house, which is called by My Name, become a den of thieves in your eyes? Behold, I, even I, have seen it,” says The Lord. 11
“Therefore You shall speak all These Words to them, but they will not obey You. You shall also call to them, but they will not answer You. 27 So You shall say to them, ‘This is a nation that does not obey The Voice of The Lord their God nor receive correction. Truth has perished and has been cut off from their mouth. 28 I listened and heard, but they do not speak aright. No man repented of his wickedness, saying, ‘What have I done?’ Everyone turned to his own course, as the horse rushes into battle. 9:6 The wise men are ashamed, they are dismayed and taken, Behold, they have rejected The Word of The Lord; so what wisdom do they have?” 9
Hear, My children, The Instruction of A Father, and give attention to know understanding; Proverbs 4:1 For I give you Good Doctrine: Do Not forsake My Law. 2 I have taught you in The Way of Wisdom; I have led you in Right Paths. 11 “The Fear of The Lord is The Beginning of Wisdom, and The Knowledge of The Holy One is understanding. 9:10 If you are wise, you are wise for yourself, and if you scoff, you will bear it alone. 12 He who keeps instruction is in The Way of Life, but he who refuses correction goes astray. 10:17
To do evil is like sport to a fool, but a Man of Understanding has Wisdom. 23 The fear of the wicked will come upon him, but The Desire of The Righteous will be granted. 24 When the whirlwind passes by, the wicked is no more, but The Righteous has An Everlasting Foundation. 25 The Hope of The Righteous will be G
