Sample Book Insights:
#1 Belief is the foundation of all success. It is not something tangible, but it is something that can be explained. It is the ability to believe in something and take the action necessary to make it happen.
#2 Belief is the ability to put enough focus and energy into an idea so that it influences your behavior. Your beliefs are more deeply rooted in your mind and they directly impact your decisions.
#3 Thoughts and beliefs are different, but they are nonetheless interconnected. They are generated when a specific thought is repeated over time, and they will ultimately crystallize into a belief that will influence your behavior.
#4 What you tell yourself tends to become your reality over time. Your reality is what you believe about yourself and the world around you. If you insist on telling yourself that everything you do sucks and that you’re an idiot, this is how you will end up perceiving yourself.
