In writing this, I have depended upon countless acts of support, generosity, and guidance.
To those who introduced me to the love of real and true leadership, to those who demonstrated it in their lives, and to those who challenged me to work hard for the rest of my life, especially late relatives Joseph and Analia Etoundi. Mandela who gives me the possibilities to stay a while in South Africa land and who open my mind to understand the Leadership today. To my beautiful wife Rosebaret who for the first time lead me to the lord.
To my sisters and brothers, Etoundi’s family…all Africans, to my professors in theology, professor past Maurice, Kotze and his wife.
My professors in journalism school who tough me how to write better.

● That happened! It happened because MANDELA advice us to love Africa.
● The truth has made me free to think.

.No one can’t forget what proud Man as Mandela did for all the continent.
● My hair never did much for me, and I never did much for it, expect people help him to growth from their advices.
● I am always what is commonly termed a "listener"._Really I am delighted since a_number of my African Brothers have spent their time to move.
● The peace, I intend to do nothing about it
BECAUSE MANDELA BRINGS IT TO US.
I will never forget the Tuesday evening of February 1996.
Mandela suffered almost 27 years, the moment was there to share his ideas and multiple his love, patience, in the life of another.
We at Yaounde "Ongola Ewondo" I came from fare away to join them and celebrate with others ; my Brothers from Kwazulu Natal, Cape Town, Shwane, Limpopo province that we must call "AFRICAN LOVE".
The evening after Mandela free, my Family, all Cameroonians with their president Paul kept confidence and hope. I took a while to thank God about what he done for us. I walked from my house that morning, that afternoon, that evening, a strange sense of Exhilaration Came over me.
God had done Africa a favor to let Mandela free. He had put on our table the Hope stopped thinking lost for others. Mandela started a new life. Mandela heart was full of love for White, Indians and others "man was free". I was able no matter the distance, to feel him to love him the real agapes, to watch him. Once, Africa was shinning because the heart some people changed. It was long, however before the great day turned to hope. I ask myself why God allowed such a great thing happen in so fast because maybe we started to believe on him.
When Mandela, started to lead the country, God had confirmed his call to and his vision for the country. After things started to move God began to confirm Mandela’s vision in his heart as the great leader of the continent. Most of Africans had been praying for twenty seven years. I saw how Mandela had followed the will of God to his unique mission to gather together all South Africans, all Africans of the continent. Mandela had labored for 5 (five) years and all of us we see the call of God on his life Completed.
Mandela’s work let born fruit. He just planted a seed of a Dream in all young Africans heart. In my side all the time I want to pray for him. It can be a prayer of a Man but a prayer for God to keep him alive. A prayer for God to help those are in charge now to complete their task Madiba had assigned them to do. I prayed not out of fear but out of a great sense that God wants to do something with Africans life that truly can not do on my own.
Mandela’s life show all the African’s something: to be obedient to their call that’s what their work is about.
We can say yes this is a perfect story God had confirmed Mandela call on his life during five years of his leadership in the small trouble time God turned up the heat to test and change the heart for all those who were far to understand Madiba Mission how Mandela’s leadership needs to be taught at all politics school. Professors need to preparing to shoot the training video about that. Mandela wash the feet of all young people to show his humility. Let say " he humble himself to help others.
Wash the feet of those who have called you to this time of decision is not easy but when you know where you going is easy. Mandela made Agenda for his people, his Africa.
Mandela worked hard that changed my heart. Mandela has spoke about reconciliation that push me to love more others. God could not bring peace until blacks were reconciled among themselves. Mandela began to honor his predecessor so that many follow his example and today most of South Africa black, white, Indians, can singing together. The man of integrity would have nothing of idle words. Mandela was the first man to beg in cheering life with all races. This was difficult for the man before him to dare. The Mandela’s Good attitude led him to a chair on center stage, his manner to lead gave all of us energy. When he was in business, we could not forget that after his remarkable passage, the places erupted with emotion. All the time I see that in video I bega n to cry at his display of humility and honor. I began to cry because was a lesson for me and others. My responsibility our responsibility is today to work for others like "Madiba" did for us. Let do it God would take care of the rest. I could not imagine the pain of our "patriarch". The ordeal I face is insignificant compared to what he endured. Working for the future is a lot compared for working for ourselves, certain events come into our life and remind because God wants to show us something special. The one who listened "Madiba" story will be encouraged to work hard for others. "Madida" has his own story of servant leadership that is apart from certain stories. This is a story for all our life. The story that can change all of us to become tomorrow good leaders.
I’m still convinced God has not finished with Madiba sure has blessed him Madiba changed most of the leader’s heart through his humility. Young leaders could now transform their countries by the way Madiba was the chairman, the leader.
Why do I tell you this story? I tell it because it is the crucible in which I learned the heart of Nelson Mandela and the power of servant leadership. I began to understand what Nelson Mandela "Madiba" did when he humble himself for others. I learned that the power of leading as a servant comes from God using a person who humble himself on his own or through the actions of others. I learned that our greatest test of servant leadership may be to humble ourselves and work very hard of those who have ability to fight with us.
This Madiba’s example must grow out of all our journey our life of learning to lead. This Madiba’s example, system also grows out of the need to find and develop leaders who can carry out their mission for their people.
The essential lesson I learned from Nelson Mandela "Madiba" on leadership is that he taught and embodied leadership as service.
Mandela is a servant leader in very sense of the concept. I would, I describe him as one who served his mission. The one who learned to be patient to lead. We can say the mission was to lead, to train, us was everything for Mandela. It is his purpose and direction and till now.
Mandela was never self – serving. He led first as servant to help us his people that till now is his mission. If we take a high – level look at Mandela’s life, we see that everything he does is in service to this mission. About his person mission if we see Mandela acting we react that his personal mission is to serve us his people, to train Africa.
I think the spirit of the Lord is on Mandela, because he has anointed to lead, to train, to work hard for the poor he is the one who proclaim Freedom for all Africans. Mandela is the leader of peace, we can see all his speeches, he pronounced in his mission in order to define what is the peace – maker, mentor, the one who trains leaders to lead.
If Mandela is a servant to his mission. He led with a vision of what things would when complete that mission.
Mandela cast a vision of how things would looks for his follows.
Longtime, I seeked to understand the elements of Mandela’s leadership style, I sought out timeless principles that described how Mandela led and that could be applied to anyone needs, our_needs as a leader among our people. Mandela Humbled himself and allowed others to choose him as a leader to mentor. Mandela followed his people needs rather than sought a position. Mandela risked serving others because he trusted that he was support for many, his people. Finally Mandela shared responsibility and authority with those he called to lead, all of us, it is possible tomorrow to lead as Mandela led.
Any serious African’s work must be copied from those who done well like regarding their work. The study of Mandela’s style is especially of the variety, physical and cultural characteristics, distribution, customs, social relationsh
