The author treats successively (1) the death of the « red count » Amédée VII (1392), perhaps due to poisoning for which the apothecary Pierre de Lompnes was held responsible ; (2) the regulation of toxic substances and visits to dispensaries from the 15th to the 17th centuries ; (3) two episodes of poisoning in 1777 and 1782 ; (4) the regimen of toxic substances in relation to pharmacy, under the Sardinian Restoration ; (5) two pharmacist- toxicologists, Fabien Calloud (1781-1855) and Joseph Bonjean (1810-1896), known for their work on rye ergot and for the production of Ergotine. (1392), vielleicht einer Vergiftung zuzuschreiben für welche der Apotheker Pierre de Lompnes verantwortlich gemacht wurde ; (2) der Giftverordnungen und Apothekenvisitationen vom 15. bis zum 18.
