Housing in the old mining Area in Nord - Pas-de-Calais. Between after-effects of the Past and Reorganization of the Space.
The structure and the evolution of the total number of the residential housing in the mining area of Nord - Pas-de-Calais follow from the history of the socio-economic structure and of the conjunction of the demographic and economic evolutions. The same interactions may continue with the accentuation of two phenomena : the consequences of changes in the demographic structure, and the integration in the regional space.
