Poland's Little Constitution. An introduction.
After a survey of Polish constitutional history since 1952, the author recalls the circumstances leading to, and then surrounding, the adoption of the Constitutional law of 17th October, 1992, the so-called Little Constitution. There follows a brief analysis of the good and bad points of this compromise texte, whose aim was to order and to regulate relations among the top organs of the State. The article is followed by the translation into French of the complete text of the Little Constitution.
Après un survol de l'histoire constitutionnelle de la Pologne depuis 1952, l'auteur rappelle les circonstances ayant précédé, puis accompagné l'adoption de la Loi constitutionnelle du 17 octobre 1992, dite « petite Constitution ». Les points positifs et les défauts de ce texte de compromis dont l'ambition était de régler et de mettre en ordre les relations entre les organes suprêmes de l'État, sont ensuite brièvement analysés. Cet article est suivi du texte intégral, en français, de la « petite Constitution ».

Après un survol de l'histoire constitutionnelle de la Pologne depuis 1952, l'auteur rappelle les circonstances ayant précédé, puis
