Lost foam castingis no adhesive drysand casting,lost foam casting requires a certain of time for cooling after pouring casting,shakeout ,hot casting and loose sand can be separated on vibrating conveyer shakeout machin e,hot sand with dry coating or other impurity through the shakeout grid on the or ifice plate into the sand treatment and reuse system,after dedusting, magnetic separating, screening,cooling and other process to clean impurity,iro n bean and dust,when the temperature of sand is down to 50℃,then convey to sand hopper .
The cooling process of lost foam casting is to mix and roll hot sand by grouting machine,also spray water , air cooling and other cooling ded usting,when sand is cold, rollback drum,cold sand fall into screening plant, Sifted s and is from a short distance belt conveyor to the bucket elevator, lifting the s and to the sand bucket.The pouring process of lost foam casting is molten st eel filling process, while foam mold vaporization and disappearing. The whole pr ocess needs to be noted that: (1)Throughout the runner will be filled with molten steel, i f not filled, moulding sand is prone to collapse and air inflow due to the limited str ength of the coating layer,lead to casting defects.
(2) During pouring molten steel, we guarantee to do steady, a ccurate, fast,filled pouring cup soon,and be fast continuous flow,1 ton of molten steel should be poured within 1 minute. If the casting parts in one mold are with liqu id drying,then casting will inhale the air, may cause collapse or sand casting poros ity increasing, lead to casting rejection.
(3).Lost foam casting is negative pressure enclosed, and mu st be closed under pouring cup. Molten steel into the molding die, it begins to burn liqu efaction and gasification disappear, liquid steel tip short distance te mporary cavity is formed, so liquid steel filled and foam disappeared about the same ra te.
To prevent high temperatures in liquid steel melting tank wi th other models, casting sprue should be appropriate far away from the model. While po uring,need to regulate and control the degree of vacuum in the negative pressure wit hin a certain range, after pouring,casting parts need to be kept under constant n egative pressure for some time, the negative pressure is stopped, after condensa tion of liquid steel,casting partsare out of the box.
