MyLifeOrganized 3.0 Visit Site MyLife Organized is a quite complete scheduling software application with a colorful and intuitive interface. Requirements for this handy time management software are minimum on a personal computer (PC) and a small download installs without any difficult questions. MyLife Organized installs on nearly all versions of Windows. The alternative is to install this versatile software on a mobile device running Windows Mobile. The installation procedure differs somewhat from that of installing on a PC. It should be noted that the Professional Edition is for use on a PC only. The outliner helps you to organize targets, projects and individual tasks in tree view. It is therefore easier to obtain an overview of a project and the sub-tasks included. Setting priorities is no more problematic, since if the priority of a task changes, all subtasks automatically adjust. One of the unique features of this scheduling software is that you may search for data by using a search function, not unlike Google, where any combination of words or a single word is searched. It is very easy to navigate from one returned entry by pressing the Enter Key on the keyboard. The ability to filter data is useful in finding that category of tasks or notes. Additionally, an auto save function allows one to continue working without worrying about losing work, making this a professional time management application. A colorful interface with a reasonable measure of flexibility immediately attracts you. From the start one can immediately see what this software offers in terms of getting your work organized. Synchronization with Microsoft Outlook is possible if the need should arise. MyLife Organized exports in XML, TAB (Tab-delimited Text Files) and its own format, MLT. An attractive function is that files can be opened from the File, Open Menu. The same file types can be exported as mentioned with importing. MyLife Organized also offers a backup function to store your data in a safe place. This is one of the easiest and most intuitive time management software applications we reviewed.

It can take you a few minutes to get started. Extensive use of hotkeys will definitely ease use and speed up using MyLife Organized. To improve the ease of use, MyLife Organized includes the ability to create templates and a few sample databases. A sample database is included which is always helpful to train you. Summary There are various versions of MyLife Organized available with the option to upgrade. Updates are available for 12 months after initial purchase. A license is allocated to only one user, but can install on up to five PC's. This means one can install a copy at home and at work.
