Foreword The trios opus 82 by Anton Reicha (Anton´ın Rejcha) have originally been written for three french horns in E. I have labeled it “in F” because this is more adequate for other in- strumentations. In addition to the F parts I have included the first part in B flat and the third part in C. Thus the trios can also be played with clarinet/horn/bassoon or trum- pet/horn/trombone. Of course if the trios are played with three horns the players can still decide to play it in E or any- thing else. Anyway, the parts “in F” represent the original notation. The layout is designed for a booklet with all 24 trios. In the parts I have placed no. 7 after no. 9 in order to reduce the page breaks within each trio. Hartmut Lemmel, June 2004
