biryani360 will be the brain Biryani360 may be the brain child of the Founder & CEO, Shayan Italia, more well known across the globe by his stage name, Shayan (pronounced ‘shy-yan'). An Indian-born multi-award winning Zoroastrian singer-songwriter and pianist, Shayan unexpectedly started writing songs after losing both his parents at a young age.
