NEW YORK,Sept. 26, 2012Apparel, Inc., a subsidiary/PRNewswire/ -- Nautica of VF Sportswear, Inc., a division of VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC) today announced it has signed a licensing agreement with Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd. for the licensed distribution of Nautica men's and women's sportswear apparel inIndia. Arvind will begin distributing the Nautica collections immediately through free standing Nautica stores and select department stores shop in shops throughoutIndia.
