Ce rapport fournit, à partir d'une série d'indicateurs, des informations sur les changements climatiques passés et prévus et leurs impacts en Europe. Il évalue la vulnérabilité de la société, de la santé humaine et des écosystèmes en Europe et identifie les régions les plus exposées au changement climatique. Il examine en outre les principales sources d'incertitude des indicateurs et souligne comment les scénarios peuvent améliorer la compréhension du changement climatique, de ses impacts et des vulnérabilités.
