as an official notation on their transcripts once it is completed and its completion has been verified

A minimum of 6 credit hours in the minor must be completed at IUPUI.
Audit Requirement and Deadline
It is your responsibility to request an audit to verify the completion of your Psychology Minor
because the Psychology Department does not know when you plan to graduate.
The deadline for submitting the request for your audit is
ONE SEMESTER BEFORE YOU
PLAN TO GRADUATE
. In the event that the audit reveals that you will not complete the
requirements for your minor before you graduate, submitting your request before this deadline
will provide the Psychology Department with sufficient time to inform you of this situation so
you can register for the courses you need to complete your minor during your final semester.
The form to request this audit appears on the following page.
How to Request a Final Psychology Minor Audit
