Pol II is the conserv-‐suedbu n1i2t enzyme that transcribes mRNA from pro-‐cotediinng
genes in t nucheleus of eukaryotic cells. Whe eresatsr uctthure and function o II f Phoavle been
extensively studied, its biogenesis is notod welanld utnheder smteochanism of how II Piols
