The fair is designed to encourage students to become involved in campus and community activity through the Center for Student Organizations. At press time, more than 130 of the University’s 563 registered student organizations were scheduled to staff booths at the fair in order to provide information and recruit new members. Admission is free and the fair is open to students, faculty and staff, and members of the Athens community. The Center for Student Organizations believes that students who are actively involved in campus life will find their experiences at the University to be more satisfying and successful.
