The wife of a pharmacist confronted, despite herself, with the Malet conspiracy.
The author recounts how, during the conspiracy of Malet against Napoleon I, in 1812, the prefect of police Pasquier saved his own life by wearing the wig which belonged to the wife of the pharmacist Sillan, and what difficulties Pasquier had later in ridding himself of the complaints of Mme Sillan.
Eine Apothekerin unfreiwillig in die Verschwörung von Malet verwickelt.
Der Verfasser schildert wie der Polizeipräfekt Pasquier, 1812, bei der Verschwörung von Malet gegen Napoleon I., sein Leben rettete indem er sich die Perücke der Ehefrau des Apothekers Sillan aufsetzte, und welche Mühe es ihn nachher kostete das Aufbegehren dieser Person abzuschütteln.

Abstract

The wife of a pharmacist confronted, despite herself, with the Malet conspiracy.

The author recounts how, during the conspiracy of Malet against Napoleon I, in 1812, the prefect of police Pasquier saved his
