INTRODUCTION
God’s divine plan has always been to commune with us. God provides all that we need by His creative power for us to be fruitful and multiply in every area of our lives as Christians. The fullness of God’s plan is coming into fruition as a new generation is setting aside old religious traditions and hungering for a new life in Christ as inheritors of God’s present and everlasting Kingdom. As inheritors of the Kingdom of God, we must have a mindset of expansion. We must understand that we walk in the dual capacity of kings and priests. As kings and priests, we are to operate in natural and spiritual dimensions that bring glory and honor to the King of kings and Lord of lords. We must have our hearts and minds aligned with the mind and heart of God to build wealth. This manual focuses on our position as kings in the earth. As kings of the earth, we must operate in the anointing of Nehemiah who said:
“Then I said to them, “You see the distress that we are in, how Jerusalem lies waste, and its gates are burned with fire. Come and let us build the wall of Jerusalem, that we may no longer be a reproach.” And I told them of the hand of my God which had been good upon me, and also of the king’s words that he had spoken to me. So they said, “Let us rise up and build.” Then they set their hands to this good work. But when Sanballat the Horonite, Tobiah the Ammonite official, and Geshem the Arab heard of it, they laughed at us and despised us, and said, “What is this thing that you are doing? Will you rebel against the king?”   So I answered them, and said to them, “The God of heaven Himself will prosper us; therefore we His servants will arise and build, but you have no heritage or right or memorial in Jerusalem.” (Nehemiah. 2:17–20)
Nehemiah said, “The God of Heaven himself will prosper us.” In other words, if we have the mind to build the Kingdom of God, God will provide what we need to build. The theme throughout the bible is that God provides the resources that His people need to “go into all the world” and preach the gospel. Accordingly, as Christians we must understand foundational biblical principles on wealth, riches, prosperity, increase, overflow, giving, and more to truly understand God’s plans for wealth building in the Kingdom. For centuries, there has been a great misunderstanding of the coming of the Kingdom of God and the role of Christians in that Kingdom. Because of this misunderstanding, many Christians have only operated in a measure of their divine purpose. In fact, the church message has been so contradictory that it has operated in opposition of its own divine design by giving a pessimistic message to those Christians called into the Kingdom with resources to help spread the gospel. John Garfield cleverly demonstrates this self-destructive preaching design in Releasing Kings for Ministry in the Marketplace :

“Imagine a business person sitting in Church on Sunday morning listening to the preacher try to convince him/her that the Antichrist will soon take over all finances and economic control. Furthermore, God, at any moment, is going to burn everything. How can that shell-shocked businessperson go to work on Monday morning, plan for the future, hire new employees, or develop products and marketing plans? How can a teacher, who believes the world is about to end, teach mathematics, science, English, and other subjects which never will be useful to the students sitting in the classroom? How can a newly married coupled invest in a home or plan for a family when their pastor tells them week after week that everything is about to end? ” 1

During this time of biblical awakening, God is raising up strategic Christians to impact the world for His glory. These Christians will have a revelation of the present Kingdom of God, understand their divine purpose and pray to become God’s “Wise Master Builders of Wealth.” They will be committed to utilizing their resources in a way that pleases God. These Wise Master Builders of Wealth will lay a natural and spiritual foundation, built upon the Word of God, for the future generations to build upon for centuries to come. Wisdom is important in this area because we must operate by the wisdom of God, not our natural abilities. The restoration of apostolic ministry over the past decades also gave a pathway to release a restoration of wisdom and understanding of biblical principles. It is important to know that God’s wisdom is not the same as natural wisdom; it is wisdom and understanding from God alone released to those who are humble. As Wise Master Builders of Wealth, we are to build on the wisdom of God and release this wisdom to the church. 2

As Wise Master Builders, we must be willing to obtain and release wealth. Our Lord is more than able to provide a tremendous increase, but we must always be willing to let it all go to follow Christ. Jesus provided an important demonstration of allowing the Lord to give us more than enough and then asks us to give it all up before moving into ministry. Simon Peter and crew had been fishing all day – their means of employment – and they were not seeing any results. Jesus spoke some simple directions to Simon Peter, and when he followed those directions, he had such a great number of fish that his fishing net was breaking. In fact, his increase was so great that he had to call others off of their boats to help him. People were astounded by what they saw! Wouldn’t you love for people to be astounded by how the Lord miraculously transforms your financial situation when you follow His direction? Let’s take this even further so you can see what happens – so you can see the foundation the bible lays for Wise Master Builders of Wealth. Peter fell to his knees: in other words he bowed down in humble submission to God. Then Peter became aware of his sinful condition and recognized that he wasn’t worthy to be in the presence of Jesus. Furthermore, not only was he astonished and humbled, but all who were with him (and this included James and John) were astonished as well. How did Jesus respond? Jesus simply said don’t be afraid. In other words, don’t fear the level of prosperity that I can bring into your life or the miracles that I can perform: just follow me. He then spoke a purpose into their lives that was greater than their financial increase. This purpose was to provide Kingdom increase of souls and it was shown when Jesus said, “NOW you will be fishers of men.” Let’s look at this account in Luke 5:4–10:
“When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, “Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.” But Simon answered and said to Him, “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net.” And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking. So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink. When Simon Peter saw it; he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, and “Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord!” For he and all who were with him were astonished at the catch of fish which they had taken; and so also were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon, “Do not be afraid. From now on you will catch men.” Luke 5:4–10
Thus far, we should understand that God created all that we need so that we could be fruitful and multiply. We should also recognize that from the beginning, we were given dominion over what God created, and even though the authoritative and powerful position of man was lost in the Garden of Eden, the restoration of that authority and power was presented again with God’s covenant to Abraham and his seed, and thus given to the inheritors of the Kingdom of God. Through Jesus Christ, though we were once Gentiles, we were grafted in to the promise and are the true seeds of Abraham. Furthermore, we should realize that God will give us more than enough. God has the ability to give us so much that even when our plans for financial increase fail, He can cause an overflow. Next, we identified that when the Lord increases are resources, we are transitioned to a place of humility, if we acknowledge Him. We should also know that the Lord increases our natural efforts, to give us the revelation that He will provide the resources that we need for both natural and spiritual increase. We should expect miracles, and we should expect God to move as we move in our divine assignments. Let’s take this a step further: what should we do after we share the bible with others? Do we send them away barren and hungry? Certainly not! The Lord is able to reproduce and multiply what we have in our hands so that we can feed the people in our midst with spiritual and natural food. This is exactly what happened in Matthew 14:15 – 21:
“When it was evening, His disciples came to Him, saying, “This is a deserted place, and the hour is already late. Send the multitudes away, that they may go into the vi
