PREFACE Islam is the last divine religion. The holy book of Islam is theHoly Quran,whose revelation to Prophet Muhammad began in A. D. 610 at Makkah, now a large city in Saudi Arabia. Prophet Muhammad is the last prophet sent by God; no prophet will come after him. TheHoly Quranis the last revealed book; no book will be revealed after it.
