A farm that looks like a forest?
r ajendra Bhat was an engineer before the idea of farming interested him. He began
by reading books, and from what he learned, he chose an agricultural method
known as multi-cropping. The family who sold him some land made it clear that
it was infertile, but he knew he could change that and now he has a farm that
looks like a forest. He had learned that in a forest food grows in three dimensions,
both vertically and horizontally… so he frst planted coconut trees, then areca nut
and black pepper trees below them, then spices in the space between the trees,
and below the ground, turmeric and yam. The crops
are harvested in rote fashion, and he saves almost 90%
of water because the water required for a single crop
is suffcient for the other crops as well.

Harry and Meghan decided to leave
England: they renounced their royal
salaries; will pay back the money spent
refurbishing their ‘cottage’, and intend
to live without their titles. Interestingly
enough, the nation divided a bit like
they did with Brexit. Remainers thought
they were right and wished them well, Classical music may have a good
and Brexiteers called them traitors and effect on vines
at the same time appeared to worry how
these two millionaires would manage Winemakers
