What is the Electronic Knowledge for Mature Victorians program?

The Mature Team and Further Education and learning (ACFE) Panel has established the Electronic Knowledge for Mature Victorians system to back up the growth and growth of maintainable applications that will enhance digital literacy results for students older 65 and over. What financing is available?

Why is the ACFE Panel making an investment in digital literacy for older learners?
