Global property and business space provider Goodman has let 4,885 sq ft to the Assisted Reproduction and Gynaecology Centre (ARGC) at Oxford Business Park.ARGC will occupy Building 4420 Nash Court on a 10 year lease.
ARGC is one of the World's Leading IVF clinics and has delivered the UK's highest success rates in In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) and Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) every year since 1995 (as published by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA).
In response to feedback from their patients and to make the 'IVF journey' easier and less inconvenient, ARGC are opening up a centre at Oxford Business Park. This service will, undertake the monitoring phase of treatment (ultrasound and bloods), thereby reducing the need for patients to attend ARGC's central London clinic.

Oxford Business Parkis home to a thriving local business community, and to over 65 companies, including household names such as Oxfam, Royal Mail and Centrica, whose new 81,000 sq ft headquarters is currently under construction at the park. The park has extensive onsite amenities, mature landscaping and extremely contemporary office space. Oxford city centre transport links are widely available, as well as connections to the w ider South East and Midlands regions.
