CommProve is today announcing that it has won a new customer from a leading group operator in the Asia Pacific region, initially for $400,000. The contract includes CommProve NetLedge, the company's real-time data acquisition and mediation platform, as well as CommProve Insight, its subscriber and network analytics solution.

In addition to NetLedge, the leading mobile operator is deploying CommProve's Network Insight and Roamer Insight applications that provide real-time visualization of network Quality of Service (QoS) and per subscriber Quality of Experience. Network Insight enables operators to monitor and enhance QoE in GSM/GPRS/UMTS/HSPA/LTE networks by capturing data, analyzing this data and deriving value from it across the different network interfaces and network technologies.

Roamer Insight, on the other hand, shows roaming revenue at risk by root cause. Using the application, operators can troubleshoot areas (either radio access related or core network related) that have the greatest revenue improvement potential. The Roamer Insight's built-in trending analysis provides full visibility of progress over time and can be performed at all levels of required visibility, e.g. by region or country.
