Dixons Retail to Implement Accuworks Perform to Help Nurture Behavioural Performance PR Newswire LONDON, June 12, 2012 LONDON, June 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- International electrical retailer Dixons Retail (Currys, PC World) is to fully implement the unique behaviour monitoring system from Accuworks to allow monitoring, feedback and resolution of colleague performance and compliance. Dixons Retail, one of Europe's leading specialist electrical retailers with over 600 stores in the UK alone, is enhancing its colleague performance and compliance capabilities by using Accuworks Perform to increase the frequency and visibility of colleague behaviour observations, highlight talent and spot areas for further development. Following a successful trial across a number of sites, Dixons plan to introduce the system to retail stores on a region by region basis and are currently trialing it in other areas of the business, including the 1,000 strong contact centre in Sheffield. Accuworks Perform facilitates a link between critical behaviours and the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that these influence. This allows management teams to see a direct relationship between colleague behaviour and overall performance, enabling them to focus on particular behaviours to improve certain KPI's. Dixons Retail will use the system to monitor sales, service, health and safety and other behaviours critical to delivering excellent service to the customer.
