Frost & Sullivan Scoops Two TrainingFrost & Sullivan Scoops Two Training Journal Awards PR Newswire LONDON, Dec. 4, 2013 - Frost & Sullivan and Houghton received gold and silver awards for HELIX, "Best Sales Programme" - Complimentary webinar to learn how to grow an organization HELIX, a consultative selling and management development programme, created by Frost & Sullivan in collaboration with Houghton, picked up a gold award in the 'Best Sales Programme' category and a silver for the 'Best Practice in Learning Transfer' at the Training Journal Awards. During a lavish ceremony held at the Brewery in London, Frost & Sullivan and Houghton received their trophies and congratulations from an audience of nearly 600 learning & development professionals, and industry leaders. In a year when the entries for the Training Journal Awards were unusually high and against some very strong competition, including Phones 4U and Sky TV, the judges felt the HELIX programme was truly exceptional. The judges commented: "The programme both enhanced selling ability and achieved a significant evolution in the culture of the sales team to one which is even more consultative and customer focused than before. As a consequence sales results have increased substantially - from a level that was already regarded as successful." HELIX brought together a disparate European sales team to sell consultatively in alignment with the company's Customer Intimacy strategy.
