Reed Acquires New Show, Solidifies Strength in Auto Aftermarket Sector

SHANGHAI,Nov. 6, 2012/PRNewswire/ -- Reed Hongda Exhibitions (Henan) Co., Ltd., part of Reed Exhibitions Greater China, a leading trade event organizer, signed an agreement with Shanghai Gehua Exhibition Planning Co., Ltd. to acquire a 100% stake in the Shanghai International Auto Decoration Supplies Sourcing Fair (CSAE), and the entirety of the show's assets.

CSAE is the second major addition to Reed Greater C hina's fast growing auto aftermarket events, follow ing Reed Hongda's takeover of the Zhengzhou-based China International Automotive Aftermarket Expo & China Auto Accessories Trade Fair (CIAAF) in June this year. CSAE, an event held every August, is already Shanghai's major auto aftermarket show. The exhibition is a robust stage on which manufacturers and suppliers showcase products for auto interiors/exteriors, customization, car care, electronics, appliances, modified cars and parts.

Established in 2003, CSAE has run 10 successful consecutive editions to date; the last of which took place from August 22 to August 24at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. It also featured over 200 local and international exhibitors, together with thousands of visitors from all over Asia, as well as participants from the US, the Middle East and Europe.

CSAE 2013 will take place next August at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
