NEW YORK, LONDON and BEIJING, Feb. 25, 2014

Shinetech Software Inc., a leading agile application development outsourcing provider, today announced that the company has achieved a 20 percent increase in new business on a global scale during the first month of 2014, exceeding expectations. This growth follows substantial business development achieved during 2013, when Shinetech opened four new development centers in China and achieved a 140 percent increase in U.S. revenue.

The company is launching steps for global expansion of technical and support staff to meet the rising demand for services and will be increasing its staff of developers to service the surge in new projects already under contract for 2014. Plans for adding new locations are also underway.

"This rate of growth so early in the year is unprecedented and is a strong indication that 2014 will be another record year for new business," says John Vanderpool, Vice President of Global Operations for Shinetech. "While the strong demand for new outsourcing projects can be partially attributed to the acquisition of new clients, we are also seeing increasing business from existing clients. Our current clients are seeking longer-term service contracts, which have expanded by an average of 50 percent and are more frequently multi-year agreements."

After forming collaborative relationships and achieving successful results with new clients, Shinetech is frequently engaged to continue work as a long-term IT partner, working on multiple projects and initiatives within a client organization. "Our clients are clearly seeing the economic benefits and improvements in efficiencies that emerge after outsourcing IT services to Shinetech," says Vanderpool. 

Shinetech currently works with more than 150 clients from 25 countries, almost half of which have been with the company for two or more years. Since 2001, Shinetech has partnered with more than 500 clients from the U.S., Europe and Australia.
